      Waited an hour for something that should’ve been resolved in 10 minutes. If you’re not polish then do not go to this bank! The women in the front spoke very very little English as well as the other bank tellers. I’ve never seen such disregard for their customers waiting. An older women in her 80’s had been waiting for over 30 minutes when I got there. There was no sense of urgency to help anyone. Like I said it’s primarily for the polish community and for no one else. Just terrible. Went to the PNC in countryside and was helped immediately. I feel so bad for the older woman…. I should’ve taken her with me. GET SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH as your front desk employee!

      I had a great experience. My banker, Marek, was professional, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Nothing short of exceptional banking and costumer service. Highly recommended.

      The worse feeling a human can feel walking into any business. If you do not speak polish or look polish. Do not bother coming in here. They will over look you and even greet people in polish but only in polish right in front of your face like if you were Invisible. I literally sat down scan for my appointment and watch the lady help everyone that speak polish but didn’t even greet others that didn’t look polish. I wish I can give a negative star! Great job on diversity PNC!

      I went into this location to meet with a banker/bank rep. They were busy I left my name and number with someone they said they would call and schedule an appointment, that was last week they have not called. I called myself to schedule an appointment only to be on hold for over 15 mins on each of the two calls I placed no one answered.

      Worst customer service I have ever had. The employee Melissa is very rude and cuts you off when trying to help you. All the other employees are just the same, especially if you don’t speak polish. They act as if the customer is an annoyance and don’t want to do their jobs. Absolutely worst bank ever. Stay away!

      I do not like this branch at all. Most of the staff there have very heavy accents and act annoyed with you if you don't speak Polish. On top of that, they do not have a "Commercial" window in the drive through nor a "Business" account lane in the lobby. There is ONE person there that is always friendly and easy to understand, otherwise I would have given 1 star. And now with the lobby being closed because of Covid-19 you have no choice but to wait in a very slow moving line for the drive through service. It took me 45 minutes to make a deposit last week.

      So I had come into pnc because I had some questions about my account and needed help. A guy names Marek helped me out and answered every question that I asked and he was amazing! I will definitely be back to this location.

      Worst bank ever stay away. It took me 45 minutes in drive thru again today. I need to find new bank, because it always like this because they only have 2 lanes. Closed lobby, do to covit19, so how come McDonald's can operate and bank this bank doesn't, because they don't care about costumers.

      We are going through tough times now. I understand that the lobby is closed and the drive thru lines are longer but, there’s only 1 teller going back and forth through both the drive thru lines instead of 2 tellers working at both drive thru and maybe that would make the line go faster. I have been to the bank twice and both times had to wait over an hour and there were 6 cars in front of me and the other line had that many cars too. It took about 10-20 mins to take care of 1 car. Usually drive thru was fast. On a better note the tellers are very apologetic and kind.

      Had to wait 15min at the drive thru window to pay my mortgage. That's ridiculous. Horrible service. No problems at any of the other locations. Always fast service. And I'm not exaggerating. It was 12:45 when I sent my slip and left the window at 1:00. Not a complicated transaction! Not even a apology for the wait. Very professional.
