PLS Loan Store W, Hazel Crest

Today I stopped in to PLS. Renee and Mellisa was amazing! The customer service was exceptional. Renee greeted every guest that entered with a friendly voice and a smile.She also told them all to have a good day. Although she was training Mellisa, she never missed a beat when it came to her guest service. She went above and beyond by looking out for the guest children as well. I hope im never in the position to need a loan again but if I do, I will be returning to this PLS simply because of the service. Way to go PLS! Melissa you were wonderful and you have an awesome trainer.🙂 Keep up the good work ladies.

This location in Hazel Crest has some wonderful ladies in assisting me in my loans. Marissa has been so helpful in explaining my loan details. Love doing business there.
