Platinum Title Burke St, Omaha

Have had numerous transactions with Platinum Title and the staff have been amazing to work with. Great service and responsiveness, have always been willing to go out of their way to help clients with their closings and work with my team. I would highly recommend to any client or real estate agent.

I have used platinum title a handful of times. The service has been great, always greeted with a smile, and they had me in and out as quick as they could while still talking me through everything I needed to know. I will use platinum title for everyone of my deals. They are simply the best in town.

Stephanie at Platinum title gives bad customer service. She only responds to you when it is best for her not giving timely responses to customers. I only wanted to know the final amount I must wire and no one else would even help at Platinum title. I even waited a few days and still no response. That is bad customer service!!! I will not use Platinum title again. So I sent them another email informing them they lost my business for life...

Would not recommend! Didn't hear from anyone until a week prior to closing to sign papers for the sale of my house. Never received anything stating they had a file open, didn't even receive a title commitment from them. I had to leave several messages before anyone would call me back, very poor communication.

The girls at Platinum are exceptional, working with them made the purchase of my new home seem less and stress free!!
