      Super glad I called Pioneer Title Co. while they may not be a larger corporation they saved me from First American title. They got me close escrow date in less them 2 weeks. They were clear on documents they needed and made all arrangements for signatures. This was a private sale and it had gone through probate. They made the process stress free. Closed escrow Dec. 2020 just before Christmas. I regret not calling them sooner because I wasted a lot of my time and money with First American Title. My mortgage loan officer and I Highly recommend using them. Everyone there is professional and make the process go smoothly.

      I've run hundreds of transactions through the staff at Pioneer Title Agency in Payson, AZ. You won't find another escrow and title company as knowledgeable about the Young, AZ, area and as helpful with the process as the conscientious people who work here.

      Pioneer Title is one of two title companies in Payson. The other is small and not as widely known. Our realtor uses Pioneer and since we were new to the game, we went with her choice. There were many things and people I was not impressed with during the process of the loan documentation. I did not find the team especially friendly and if I had known beforehand what I know now, I would not have chosen to do business with them. If a choice is available to you, I would suggest you consider it. While the loan went through and we were able to survive the process, I would never call it pleasant.
