      These people are a BUNCH OF CLOWNS! We were in the process of Closing on a Home Loan and we Paid Off a car loan and we simply asked for a Statement showing the account was Paid in Full and Account Closed. Wow, it took some jumping through hoops just to get THAT PIECE OF PAPER......it seriously took 3 Days!!!! Definitely DON'T DO BUSINESS with these clowns!!!!

      I've been with them for years and today ive decided to close my account. There tellers are rude and judgmental and not to mention they don't take privacy into account. When I was at the branch in meridian off of Fairview, the teller was talking so loud about my account and some problems I'm having that everyone was staring at me. My bank should not disclose that information so loudly. I am disappointed and beyond pissed off.

      I just had the worst time dealing with Pioneer FCUs loan department. I paid off the loan and they "unfortunatley made a mistake in the paperwork" and it took 2 1/2 months for me to receive the title. Dont be like me - be smart and take your business elsewhere.

      BEWARE OF THE CRAZY STUPID FEE'S. Not a single PFCU open on a saturday. Then they freeze my account because I entered a wrong pin for the automated teller on a 3 day weekend. Ive never had such a poor credit union. BEWARE OF THE CRAZY STUPID FEE'S
