      Making payments is pretty simple. They can be mailed in, or done online for a fee of $4.95. I dealt with the Killeen office the few times I needed to call. While they were friendly and easy to deal with I disagree with how they report payments and handle sending the car title. I paid my payments every month yet my credit report was updated only every other month and listed inaccurate payment amounts. Say it was $200/month they instead showed $400 paid every other month. While I am happy they didn't falsely report late payments I would rather they submit the true and accurate payment made each and every month. Upon pay off they said it *could* take up to 60 days to receive a title. In all actuality they do not mail a title until 60 days after payment has cleared. This is not something I've ever experienced in any other company. Usually once a payment is cleared a title is mailed when it is received. I see no point in choosing to hold it for any additional time when a customer has never missed a payment and the full sum has been paid off and earlier than original loan was for at that.

      It really saddens me to leave this review because Brian and April have been outstanding!!! Brian has been promoted as he should be, he is one of the most professional and straight forward business man I know. He gets the job done, I remember when I first made the purchase the car dealership was even bragging how he got the price down by 2000 and how he was equally getting me signed up for aftermarket coverage. He has kept that same professionalism throughout our business relationship. April has been great as well , her professionalism always stays intact and her customer service is so much appreciated, I love it and both of the business relationships makes me smile.. I hate that Brian left but promotions are great, really feel like giving April's exceptional customer skills, she should have been promoted in his place... However, that was not the case and for every good thing bad things are always around ruining the good experience at the expense of them not being able to sperate business from their personal emotions and egos!!! Michelle, Michelle, I don't have enough time in the world to express the poor way you conduct business and the instability you show every time you allow your own emotions and personal egos speak for you.. Seem like everytime I call in and is forced to speak to you, ( because I so hate talking to you) you lead with how your in charge now and how this and that has to go through you.. I' m like OK OK YOUR IN CHARGE NOW GOT IT!!! GEESH!!! SO ANNOYING!!! I WOULD HATE TO WORK UNDER THAT EGO!! YIKES!! You just get so emotional worked up and so into what you want, THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOWHERE IN YOUR FOREFRONT OR REVIEW, YOU HAVE GIVING ME ONE OF THE POOREST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! Sadly, its repeated fail experiences because, typically I don't spend my money in places where customer experience is horrible, however, my contract, Brian and April have kept me leveled. A little bit about me, I don't have the perfect credit but my payments have been on time since I got car in 2017, yet Michelle continues to treat me like the person they have to hound down for payment every month. Since I have had the car it has broke down twice with with major work, ok it happens that's fine. Bank helped first time.. This second time I didn't bother to ask for help fixing it because the last time was horrible with Michelle, she had a complete break down and Brian had to step in and get the transaction settled, do damage control for her and remind us both of how I am a good customer who makes my payments every month. Fast forward to now car broke down again around same time Thanksgiving with a even larger bill to fix and the only thing mechanic can say is previous owners may not have taking care of it that well because I know you keep up with the maintenance. So I apply for another car while planning to still pay off car and get fix later down the road cause my son wants the car.. I got approved for another car I have been in for over a month, but I am still responsible for broke down car. Anyway, I call to get a extension to pay this months bill with next months bill and disrespected by the new chick Crystal and Michelle ( Crystal is clear being trained by Michelle, she is a true product of her questioning my pockets). She stepped out of line in my opinion and Michelle got on phone and backed her disrespect with more disrespect.. To add insult to injury , Michelle precedes to deny my request, OF COURSE NOT UNTIL SHE ONCE AGAIN LET IT BE KNOWN THAT SURE REQUEST GO THROUGH HER AND I CAN'T DO IT!!. Which makes no sense because the car is broke down and most people wouldn't even be trying to finish paying for no broke down car that cost more to fix than what is owned on it??? However, I want to do the right thing but just need to adjust since I practically have two car notes now..Michelle makes it so hard though, she is just so difficult to deal with or talk to , she forces her agenda on you and just can't let it go.. I told her to do what she need to do and I'll contact cooperate .

      I enjoy their great customer satisfaction. Also know that before you sign with any loan place that you should know what interest rates your going to be dealing with.
