Brian Hargis4Nice location in the heart of Fort Hood, TX. No help unless you bank here. No check registers at this location. Time to go paperless.

Carla Fears5PenFed on Fort Hood has impeccable customer service. Jennifer considered my feelings of losing a loved one and really made an uncomfortable situation, friendly and personable. I was referred by a friend and I am so glad I took their advance.

Ray K5I recently set up a new membership in person with Penfed with a young lady named Jennifer. This is what banking should be about, great service. I had an issue trying to set up the account online but there was a verification issue with documents I had uploaded. I brought the original document in and Jennifer promptly took care of the problem and I felt like she had been my personal banker for years.

Earl Stone5I have been banking with Pen Fed for years and they are the best in all aspects.

Carolyn Wright5My hubby and I have been members of PFCU almost 20 years and this is a great credit union, they have great rates, often lower than USAA and we have never been denied for a loan of any type and often times we have received an instant reply at the time we submitted the application. Recently they changed the payday deposit to one day prior to your actual pay date, this is a good thing because it shows that they are trying to compete and comply with the other banks in the area. Most of the time when I go into the bank, the service is always pleasurable and the Tellers are nice and professional. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone,

David Buchanan1PenFed bought out Texas Partners last year and since we were customers, we automatically became PedFed customers. Nothing has been seemless. Multiple HARD credit checks without permission. I'm on my 4th debit card and it's the 4th one that doesn't work. I've not had a working debit card since last year. Well I have one I can use as credit but it debits the wrong account. No one can correct this. They send a new debit card and pin which convolutes everything more. Nebraska seems to be the headquarters and everytime we've called we get different answers for the same problems. No one there is on the same page. Feature on website to change PIN on debit card does not work and changed them on a different card than selected. Disabled auto pay months ago yet it isn't so after paying bill the auto pay drafts it again. Takes days to reverse. Trying to disable auto pay via seen or app results in error message. What employees see in their computer doesn't match reality. This has been a financial nightmare. Some people say they have good experiences with PenFed and I say more power to you. We have not. We have waited for "the kinks" to be worked out, the tradition period and still have problems. It's pretty bad when most employees complain about it as well. We are taking our business elsewhere.

stimp011Probably the worst bank ever. Terrible lobby hours, indifferent attitudes at the counter, pay schedules are the WORST. If you get paid on a day that falls on a holiday or weekend, hope you didn't need the cash, because they won't pay you until the NEXT business day. Their ATM motto shows exactly how much they care; it says, and I quote, "If you can find a better deal, TAKE IT!". Incredible.

Arthur Cosper1PEN FED bought TX PARTNERS and have proceeded to screw up everything that was good about it. 15 minute hold times, incompetence when you do get someone, I actually feel bad for the in branch employees they are just as helpless dealing with the call center. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
