There really is no other way to say it, these ladies saved the day! When no one else cared they did... when no one else saw that there was room for exception, they did! They were comforting, were informative and set expectations as all good custom service specialist should do! It really challenges me that companies do not take pride in making sure that their customers are treated with care!
