Very nice ladies but hopeless service. They messed up my application with incorrect data 3 times. My process got delayed. They acknowledged the mistake and corrected it promptly. Are all title companies as bad, just like this one.

RUN AWAY FROM PATRIOT TITLE! Failed to pay off the outstanding lien on our purchase, refuse to help, so now we're left fighting the previous owner's bank and title insurance company!

It was so many issues and mistakes from the title company. It take me month to get my papers done correctly. I don't recommend this title company.
