Maddie Summer3This review is not specifically for this location. I opened my first bank account here and the service is usually pretty great. My review is for the company as a whole. I'm giving them a three because the service in person is pretty good. However, I have had to major incidents in the last 6 months of something going wrong with my account. I have to say that it is really hard to get someone on the phone. Earlier today, I was on hold for over 15 minutes trying to speak with someone until I finally hung up to call back and leave my number. I am extremely frustrated and am giving thought to closing all of my accounts with them and moving to another bank. I. find it kind of ridiculous that someone can't answer the phone to answer a couple of questions regarding my account. I couldn't even get a someone on the phone to tell me my balance. I just ended up sending an email and I'll just go in person. It might take three days for someone to reply back over the internet. I'm very disappointed in this bank.

Jean Carr3This used to be a great branch to do business with but it has gone way down hill. Poor staffing. Luckily I do not go in there much.

Roxanne Eller5My experience with PCFCU has been excellent. I have used several banks in the past but I think y'all are the friendliest & helpful that I've ever used. I really like that I can do almost all my banking online. I have several accounts & plan to continue using y'all for all my banking needs!! In this day when kindness & customer service is hard to find~~I have always experienced it here. Please continue the great job!!

Pamela Walker5This branch is quick and easy to get in and out of. On busy traffic days the red light is extremely helpful! The tellers are very personable and friendly making my "stop" in the drive thru pleasant. They handle my transaction in a very quick and courteous way. I always am pleased with the service I get at Palmetto Citizens. Great bank!

Kimberly Hart5I've been a PCFCU members for almost 20 years and have never had a problem at any branch. I like this location because of the professionalism, patience & friendliness of the employees. They resolve any matters quickly and pleasantly. And I really appreciate that they remember their members. Even if it's been months if they've seen you.

Joshua Sasso Kane1Need a mask to be able to use your own bank for walk in. No where else in west Columbia requires it. Good way to lose business yet again with this bank. Nothing but horrible service the last 6 months. Thinking about switching

At this time, there are no mask ordinances in place in the locations of our Lexington, Red Bank or Camden offices if you prefer not to have to wear a face covering while inside our office. In addition, you can also use our drive-thru lanes, online/mobile banking, Call Center, telephone banking or ATM to complete most transactions or requests. We apologize if you feel you've had any unpleasant interactions with our staff while enforcing this ordinance or otherwise and will pass along your comments to address at this office and help ensure better service in the future. Christopher Johnson5I am very happy with the high level of personalized service I constantly receive at this credit union. I am happy with their loans, accounts, interactions, and especially how they go above and beyond what they are required to do. They are sincerely pleased when they can help you solve your problem or answer your needs. I use the word sincerely on purpose, because they are not faking it at this institution. They sincerely do care. They show it in their actions, not just paying lip-service to it. At age 56, I've had 10 other financial institutions across time. This one, Palmetto Citizens, is head-and-shoulders above the rest. These are true professionals that know what they are doing, sincerely care, and will bend over backwards to help you. I would give them 6 stars, but only 5 are available! Highly recommend them to anyone of any age or income level.
