Don't deal with them unless you have no choice in the matter, like if your car dealership sells your contract to them without telling you. Charging an $8 fee to make a payment over the phone or online is absolutely ridiculous.

Bought a used 2011 Arcadia..PAC was the finance company..owned it for 3 whole days before the engine blew...Gave the car back to dealer they took 3 weeks for them to tell me the engine blew...So I called this finance company didnt know what too do...payment was due but car already went to auction by car dealer...So car dealer paid the car off..an PAC put payment after Repossesion on my credit report which made my credit drop 59 points..it was not a repo...they got there money back...beware of this company...

regardless of what people think of the company itself, when you need a car and all other companies deny you because of bad credit, at least they approve you so you can get a vehicle and make it back and forth to work, especially when you dont have a co-signer
