    Used to be my favorite. But the customer service is severely lacking lately. This was my go to card. I lost my job and didn't start working for 2 months. Was late on 1 payment now they dont process my payments for 10 days plus. Causing more late fees. It feels like they are purposely picking on me for being late. I have paid more than the minimum everytime. Now they are punishing me.

    The loan came in handy don’t get me wrong but did it really help me? I don’t believe so cause it takes so long to pay it I back like he in debt forever
