      They will use the excuse "short Staffed" to justify poor customer interactions. Just because you are short staffed does not excuse you from being rude in the moment. They will guilt the customers for bad interactions rather than looking for solutions. It seems from a customers perspective that this branch is trying to work and not trying to care about the work or the people that it impacts. They are quick to tell you things can't be done when they likely can. They need serious training with regard to interpersonal skills and empathy for the customer. They seem overworked and underpaid. I hope they can figure out a solution soon, as the employee's are likely the ones paying a price for being in that environment.

      Called office and they were to busy to talk to me. They had their Tucson office call me and reject my application because I wanted to change the loan from a secured loan to an unsecured loan. My truck broke down and needs an engine and there is not one available. They didn't even make an effort to work with me. I have asked several times to talk to an manager because these employees don't know what they are doing. Extremely bad customer service. One Main used to be a good company but has gone downhill to ZERO stars within the last year.

      If you want to witness a bait and switch, come to OneMain Financial. After filling out everything online, I got a call for finalize a few details. The gal still said I was approved for my requested amount. She said I needed to go into the office so they can get a photocopy of my ID. So, I went in. They made me sit in this booth for 20 minutes without anything and then came in and said that I would only be approved for half. BUT I could get my full amount if they refinanced my car. After saying no, he goes on to attempt Option B he had in his pocket - refinancing my credit card debt. That's not what I wanted nor were they the terms on the online application.

      My representative was April. She was very pleasant to work with; courteous with a lighthearted attitude. I appreciate a lot of the preliminary items already in place. I have only had pleasant experiences with One Main Financial. Thank you One Main.

      I had a good experience. Pleasant staff. I really hate debt, but was experiencing a huge hurdle and this was my only option. In addition I experienced a layoff about a year or so into prepayment and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had the insurance purchased to make my payments for several months until I got back in my feet! Customer service let me know that was an option without being promoted and very kind with knowing what paperwork to complete, etc.

      I had a ton of medical collections. Trying to organize them and pay them was becoming a full time job. My rep at OneMain was amazingly helpful! The process was simple and now instead of collections, I have a personal loan that is improving my credit. Despite the interest, it was completely worth NOT spending my day off calling this creditor and that creditor! I still have a couple to go, but those are very manageable, if I can track down who currently owns them! It's incredibly frustrating trying to sort everything out, and by paying most of them, my stress level is far lower!

      This company was by far the worse experience I have come across in a long time. FIRST: They said they had high expectations of approving me for a unsecured loan , so I applied and then they said I'm conditionally approved for secured loan and wanted my car info, then needed to see if I had equity .. then they said I'm not approved for either. Then a co signer was my last chose .. terrible and a scam and waste of time. SECOND: Customer service is all over the place , kept putting me on hold , then said my application was not with half way through the process and had someone call me from another store. Completely gives you an idea of approval, only to reverse that idea and leave you with no choices Overall terrible experience and waste of time and my info being pulled to their company.       Don't pay your bill early. If you do they will still draft your account at the time its due and basically tell you sorry nothing we can do.

      I have taken out 2 personal loans with One Main Financial at this location and never had an issue or a problem. Every time I have a question regarding making an early payment, etc Kevin is always so helpful! The process was quick and painless. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing a loan.

      So I received various offers from these guys. I finally decided to give it a try. Filled out online application, I referrenced my offer number. So according to the online application, it said I was "Approved" for the loan I requested, but as a secured loan. So I submitted necessary documents to move forward. Thinking it was going to be an easy process, having submitted all necessary documents. I get a phone call back to go over my application, just to get a little bit more information, no big deal. But just like what other reviews said, it was all a waste of time. Already said I was "approved" for loan amount I requested turned into "I'm so sorry, but we cannot move forward with the loan". Thinking I was going to get some financial breathing room, where I could've turned other bills into one bill, in other words, consolidate some bills just to have financial breathing room, but nope. So much for an offer and being approved. If you receive or have received offers, don't waste your time. But yeah, that's my rant.
