Onmain is a place of hope and promise to many like me. It helped me achieve my goal even with a low credit score and I'm greatful for their help and good business scene.

***WARNING*** If you can go ANYWHERE else for assistance PLEASE DO!!! Do NOT go here. Tina does not follow through on her word. She constantly drops the ball and Brian is very rude and disrespectful. They cause issues to your account and then blame YOU and tell you there is NOTHING they can do about it. I have handed all my dealings with them over to my attorney. This LOCATION 10660 S Western is THE WORSE!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Carmelita was very helpful and was so nice. She catered to my daughter and made the process fairly easy and QUICK because she understood that kids get restless. Even with a quick process she didn’t skip any details. Thank you so much!

I had thee most knowledgeable hardworking person that made you feel like you were talking to a long time friend (you know the ones you pour your heart out to), in this case you try and squeeze all those yrs or particular problem into a short session.Lol.....Tina K when I first called on phone was thee most friendliest person you want to meet and preceded to work on solutions for my situation right away ....when I went into office she had more options that would best suit my situation and I'm so very THANKFUL & for Tina K. for making this the best decision and chance given to me to start fresh and less worries (Thank you again for everything and for the yummy Hot Cocoa :) Sincerely Kim Y
