These people have the worse customer service. They LIE...say to expect a call. Waited almost 8 days. No reply after Shawn ( employer) stated he would call me back. HE NEVER DID! WORD IS BOND! WHY WOULD SOMEONE DEAL WITH A FINANCIAL ESTABLISHMENT THAT LIE! IF THEY LIE IMAGINE HOW WELL THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMES. KEEP AN EYE ON ONEMAIN FINANCIAL. THEY CANT BE TRUSTED. WE WORK TOO HARD FOR OUR MONEY . DO NOT TRUST ONEMAIN FINANCIAL...THE RECEPTIONIST WAS JUST AS USELESS. ONE MAIN FINANCIAL, YOU LITERALLY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IF YOU CANT TREAT PEOPLE EQUALLY AND STOP LYING TO HARD WORKERS. IF IT WAS UP TO ME THEY WOULD GET NO STAR. BUT IN ORDER TO LEAVE A REVIEW .I HAD TO GIVE THEM A STAR. BUT REALISTICTLY THEY DOT DESERVE 1 STAR. ONEMAIN FINANCIAL ADVICE TO YOU ALL" TREAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED!!!! Sad 😔

OMG If you have a choice choose a root canal or the dmv itll be less painful youll be treated better and something will eventually get done. I am handicapped and have to have assistance walking, as I entered I was greeted by a barracuda insisting I had to wear a mask, even though the sign right there said masks are optional if you are vaxxed. She said "I don care wat dee sign say, if you gon be in heah you wear a mask. So i struggle back out and get a mask i then wait about ten mins and she asks my name, though no one else is in there, i say south and she says "yo fust name" I said mister. She rolls her eyes and says what you want. I said to pay off a credit card. She say wiff what...i said cash She days we don cep no cash in heah you gots to go down to publix an get a money owda. I gave up and called in on the phone to do it This person clearly has a problem...it felt like because im white, but maybe it was because im old or crippled i dont know...what i DO know is avoid this place

Tasha is extreme rude. All I asked her was if she could check my application, she is ghetto and rude. The end.

OMG! The staff at the tucker location the words can't describe my experience. Friendly, Professional, Personal and Prompt! What an amazing team! I highly recommend them!

The staff here was very professional , not too friendly, they work with me and did everything they could to help me keep my account current. They always called and offered assistance. The rates are through the roof , but they are willing to work with less than perfect credit..

**BEWARE **of false pre-approval methods. They check your credit and pre-approval you then they pull the rug out from under your feet. Sending out these newsletters that mislead you.

My experience at OneMain Financial was awesome. Sunday was very efficient, friendly and knows how to do her job. Thank you for great customer service. I recommend people to ask for Sunday.
