My wife went in and was greeted by Yandy. To be honest I’m a man of short words but after her experience there I’m now a No words man I have no words to express the type of person she came across of. When I tell you this man was not Only doing his job diligently but he went above and beyond for me and my family to actually get the best loan we as a family can get. He missed lunch hour numerous amount of potential other clients just to make sure my wife got the best loan for our family with no personal gain just real devotion and genuine want for the underdogs of this society to get what they deserve . I truly recommended him and mostly we as a family are appreciative for him going above and beyond to genuinely with no personal gain helping out our family get the best loan available like wow no words! Hey highly recommend him he is for the people as told by me a people who’s desperate moments where not taken likely or looked over ! Amazing Professional and good hearted person ! Go to One Main and ask for Yandy you won’t regret it !

completely regret getting a loan with them. Person who did the loan for me lied and told me they were going to release my car title after I paid like 3000 dollars. Not mentioning all the interest I am paying. Only 20 percent of what I’m paying is going towards the principal the rest is interest it’s insane. After calling like 3 months ago to see how I could get my car title they told me I had to pay the whole loan to get it back. When I asked for the person who initially helped me get the loan they told me he no longer works there so he basically lied to me.

Manager there is great! Professional hard worker people who do the best for the customer

They took way too long to change my loan to an unsecured loan. I had to go there three times! The lady would walk over to her boss’s desk without telling me what she was doing. They didn’t send me a letter releasing the lien on my car until I called another branch to complain one month later. The manager Isidro doesn’t return your phone calls.

I have to give 1 star in order to post my complaint. If not, there would be nothing for this place. Being a long-standing customer, I can tell you that this Flagler branch has really lost its touch! They don't return phone calls, they don't follow -up with you on any important details or deadlines you need to know regarding your pending loan, and the attitude toward customers is very indifferent and flippant. "Oh, sorry...your pending loan request has expired. It's been in the system for 25 days. You need to apply again". Why was it in the system for 25 days??? Because of THEIR negligent delays and lack of communication. This is what I got from the manager, after weeks of sending in the necessary documents (repeatedly), not getting any phone messages or emails returned, leaving messages on their answering machine during the workday and not getting call-backs, etc. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a financial lender! Basically, I got a hard inquiry on my credit report for NOTHING. They simply do not care. However...if you are a day late paying back an existing loan, rest assured you WILL get your "courtesy reminder" call.

Poor customer service. One employee named Nilly gave me an attitude multiple times when I was simply trying to supply the documents they needed. When I finally was able to get the final document, they stopped responding to my calls and emails. I don't recommend this institution, go somewhere else.

My loan was serviced by Milagros, who was indeed a Miracle. She was very helpful & knowledgeable about the process. I’m so happy with the assistance that I received.

Was this a quick and easy process? Absolutely. But be cautious when things are too easy because there is a catch. I was assisted by someone at the branch named Milagros who NEVER sent the appropriate expectations (that I was placing a lean on my car!). I signed papers and provided information because a supposed "professional" stated that it was needed. My mistake was not asking why it was needed but I guess that's a lesson learned for me. Worst part of the experience was when I called to express my concern the manager Lisa said that was not Milagros fault it was my own for not knowing what I signed. So much for trusting "professionals" to set expectations, to ensure understanding and to clearly explain. Maybe I should have brought a lawyer with me to review the documents they were unwilling to explain. Never again will I refer this company to anyone smh

Do NOT apply for a loan at this place if you are in Miami! You will have a horrible customer service experience! Tried calling to find out the status of my application for 7 days with no luck! The staff is rude & unhelpful. Don't even bother if you are trying to get in contact with Emily because she will never give you a call back! I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars.
