Samir Mahioufe1The manager here is very manipulative, she wanted to add life/disability insurance to my loan after I told her MULTIPLE TIMES that I didn’t want it. She keeps trying to pressure me into getting it. I keep refusing. By this time I’m feeling veRy irritated and she was making the whole situation SUPER AWKWARD. I keep refusing. Then she tells me why she has the insurance and how she had gotten cancer and she was going to die and stuff. Telling me I never know when I’m going to need it. I told her Im already insured through my employer! She keeps pressuring me. I kid you not we were at her desk for 45mins going back and forth. What kind of business is this! I felt sooo uncomfortable! ONE MAIN FINANCIAL is not the place you want to do business at. I promise you! I WOULD NOT GIVE THIS MUCH CONTEXT TO A REVIEW IF IT WASNT TRUE!! This is the worst place ever!! Do not do your business here!

Pineapple juice1Worst experience ever! First they said I was approved for a loan,made me put up my car as collateral. DROVE there and was told to come back another day. Then denied me! Don't use these people!
