As I walked the hall of shame and signed my name to the dotted line of a 25% interest loan I fought back my anger! How could I have I allowed myself to stoop to this level? Is a 25% loan even legal and if so why hasn’t there been some sort of federal laws imposed to keep this extraordinary high interest rate from occurring? Never the less I signed ! My furnace in my home was gone and I didn’t have a choice. It didn’t take long to get the money and not so many obstacles in my path on the road of approval. Today, 9 months later I paid them off ! Sold my house with a brand new furnace with a wonderful profit. Adding injury to insult I was 3 days late on my first payment and one main called asking where is my money ? 3 DAYS LATE on a loan that in my mind was robbery (how dare they) LOL. I blocked their annoying phone calls and saved what little pride I had and paid off the loan 3 years early. Why did I give them 3 stars and not one you may ask ? Because I needed the money and it was there quick with very little hoops to jump through. Why didn’t I give them 5 stars, because it’s a 25% interest loan!!!!!!! I’ve purposed in my life to never get myself in a situation, where I have to sell my soul to the great financial devil again !

I was looking into doing some debt consolidation on a few high interest loans I have. I called and spoke with Courtney S., and she got me going in the right direction. Absolutely horrible. I have never had an issue getting a loan due to good credit, income and payment history. I felt like I got a complete run around with this place! Not only were they not good at calling you back, the documents they requested were absolutely ludicrous! On top of my regular income I chose to include my child support that I recieve, first submitted the print out of payments off of DHHS website, then they wanted the court order, since it's not through a court but through DHHS, I submitted the summary which included my name, father's name, child's name and order and obligation details. THEN they requested a copy of my daughter's birth certificate for identification purposes?!?!? Excuse me.... all information needed was on the forms! Finally I get called saying loan was denied due to income debt ratio...hmmm...3400 income, less than 1500 debt...you do the math! Not a legit reasoning to deny and was a HUGE waste of time and hassle with on going document request!

They will call you a rediculous amount of times, on multiple phone lines, if you are late to pay them. Won't be signing up with them after this is done.

I went into the branch to try for a loan for home repairs. One of the gentlemen that assisted me was named Anthony, he was incredibly condescending and disrespectful, and I left feeling upset for the way I was treated. He made a comment to me when we added my fiancé onto the application that my fiancé "Didn't take care of his bills and he probably began paying them when he got with me and I started paying them for him". I didn't even respond to his comment. I later told my fiancé about the incident, and he made a call to the branch and spoke with Joanna, the branch manager and was accused of lying about the incident because she was "sitting right there". I will never be using this company again and I plan to tell others of the disrespect I faced during my time there.

With this virus thing going on, I was seen with in a couple hours of my call. Everything was done that day and the money was deposited in my account the next day. I was very pleased with the whole process.
