      One Main Financal is a joke. The process is a joke. Just run and find another financial to do business with. To be honest is more bad reviews that good which warns people to go the other way. Insider these folks are stealing personal info if those who are denied. If you have appiled and was denied keep a eye out on your credit report. I have a friend who referred me has perfect credit and they denied him without any reason given. I have a 748 credit score also was denied soon after that I get notification that someone had been applying for credit in my name. Before then it was not activity on my credit report. The staff at this location are stealing people info. And soon they will be exposed on the evening news!!!!!! Beware don’t do business with One Main Financial !!!!

      I received a call this morning from One Financial in Dunwoody Decatur, GA in reference to an application I filled out on line. She made an appointment for me to come in tomorrow at 10:30 am before making sure that I totally qualified for the loan. She called back at the end of the day to let me know that I had been turned down. Gives a false sense of Security. Never make an appointment for a customer to come in and sign paperwork unless they are qualified completely.

      When I say read reviews because they don’t lie. Based off my experience it’s the honest truth. Appiled based off many pre-approval correspondance in the mail and Credit Karma. So I appiled over the weekend spoke with the rep Irene the following Monday. I answered as it seems a thousands of questions and uploaded requested documents. Here it’s Tuesday and the rep has ringed my phone at least 5 times asking the same repeated questions while I’m a work. Even goes to say it shows I’m not employed with my company and I’m literally at work. Literally 20 minutes later received a call stating a decision was made of denial, but no detail reason and she hangs up. My suggestion to all if you are trying to rebuild your credit go with (World Finiance). The customer service is better and they don’t give you the run around in giving you hope you get approve when in fact a decision has been previously made. As always the reply that I seen is typical we are sorry blah blah , but truly I wasn’t expending an approval. Lol. Again if you have challenge credit contact World Finance they will work hard to give you a second charge and not the run around. 🙂 Reviews don’t lie One Main Financial🫣

      This place is so unprofessional. They have funky little attitudes when answering the phones. Then transfer you to a line that usually hangs up. But I can expect this. Go to world finance.

      This bank is very unprofessional staff is always changing. The staff does not work together. I’ve made payments one time and still have staff members call me about payments that I already made. Then they will apologize later about miscommunications and what’s showing up in their system. Due to Covid I’ve been on a payment plan for a year never had any issues paying my bill made arrangements when necessary. This particular month in order for me to continue my new payment amount they needed additional info. I immediately sent my info to Keisha who I’ve been speaking with on the phone. Weeks go by and they said they did not receive any info and I explained to them that I sent them to Keisha. The manager Genia then gets on the phone and explains to me that we do not have your info and in order to move forward we need the following documents. I send them AGAIN! Didn’t hear from anyone no one didn’t contact me about them putting my account on deferment!!! When I’ve been communicating with them the entire time and emailing documents!!!!! At this time it’s been a month with no documents being present. To my understanding I was told that payments will be on hold until the entire process gets approved. Which I have no problem with because it’s been a year and I already know the protocol. I’ve been thru this before. I have no record on my credit report of payments being LATE!!!!! Now all of a sudden I get somethin on my credit report because of something you guys did not me. The staff is not together it’s almost like they work separate no one knows what’s happening with my account all of sudden and now I’m being punished because they are unorganized. I sent emails to them with documents THREE TIMES!!!! This is RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE BUT BLAME MY ACCOUNT WHICH I HAD NOOOOO PROBLEMS WITH UNTIL NOW. I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK WITH BROOKS AND WHO ELSE IS IN CHARGE FOR THIS MATTER. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND SHOULD HAPPEN TO NO ONE AT FAULT!!!!!!!

      Think twice before using their service then think again. The have a great look but it's all smoke and mirrors. Great payment plan but they don't stick to it your go to them to make payment but charge you twice. Then say the only way they will reverse it its if you had a bank statement which is impossible to get in the middle of the month and they know that.they won't accept a screen shot of the charge stating that's it's not a statement then once you give them the statement 5th get negotiate to simply not charge you the following month putting you in debt with any of your other bills. I've been feeling with them for nearly 3 years and they have done it twice and im not on no auto payment either.

      Lashunda was very helpful in the products OMF has to offer. She was very polite, patient, and informative during my appointment. She made me feel better about some financial matters and really just had overall excellent customer service. If you need services, please go to her!

      I will never do business with OneMain again. So I had taken out a personal loan where they auto-drafted my payments every month. However, I ended up paying off my loan YEARS early. However, they STILL took another EFT payment weeks later! They would not have returned my money if I had not of said anything. It has now been about 6 weeks & I still have yet to get my money back. So when I called, the district manager told me they couldn't EFT the payment back, but would have to mail a paper check instead (really?) He said he'd overnight it & then would email me the FedEx tracking number. Fast forward another week & I still have not received anything. So after calling AGAIN, I was told the check was just sent out as of yesterday via regular postal service. No one bothered to communicate this to me. They didn't bother to stop the EFT process after my loan was fully paid off. They are horrible & handle their business very poorly. I am still worried they will EFT yet another payment so I have to make sure to check again next week. I do not recommend doing any business with them.

      The loan officer I worked with was nice and professional. The only problem I had was when I got there after submitting all of my information and being told I was approved was told that according to my income I was not eligible. It would have been nice to let me know that before I came into the office sick and was working from home and miss time that I had to make up from work. It was a frustrating experience and I could have been looking for further assistance instead of wasting my time. I won't be recommending them or advising anyone to deal.

      My representative was dry, uncaring, no customer service. Felt more like I was begging for money. She was diligent in helping me with my bank statements I’ll say that.
