It was unfortunate circumstances that lead my family and I into making the decision to seek out personal loans and one of the main reasons "unfortunate" is the word I use to describe obtaining an UNSECURED PERSONAL LOAN mainly has to do with the connotation associated with the LOAN PROCESS. Without many other options we went ahead and got a loan through ONE MAIN FINANCIAL and wow did I HIT THE JACKPOT when it comes to customer service and personal attention. My Loan Specialist Jessica K. was FREAKIN' PERFECT! She worked with me on numerous occasions over the phone where I was unable to meet her exact accommodations (and when somebody is giving you a substantial amount of money, you want to do your best to be on their time not yours!). Since I was traveling I was able to do everything over the phone and the process was seamless and went smoother than I could ever have imagined! If you need cash and you don't want to deal with a bunch of bologna then CALL ONE MAIN FINANCIAL in OKLAHOMA specifically the branch on Memorial! And if you are as lucky as I was you will get to work with one of the leaders in her industry Ms. JESSICA K. Thank you guys again so much for everything you have done for me and my family. I will be referring clients and colleagues alike to you guys for ETERNITY! 10 stars of I could.... I'm serious. And this review wasn't solicited either. It's why I am writing it.... They didn't ask me for anything other than the obvious to complete such a transaction. But it literally got done without a headache. AND I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR OMF! GOD BLESS!

One Main's online component is not user friendly. When I called about an auto draft issue Margaret was not super helpful and very condescending Even if you know a customer made a mistake somewhere, it is not good customer service to be condescending and make them feel unintelligent. I called corporate about the online issue to find out they are looking into it already and they've had many complaints about my same issue.

I can't recommend doing business with Jessica enough. I was seeking a substantial amount for relocation and she kept me updated and informed every step of the way. A+ all the way.

I was lied to twice by staff at this location. First: when I wanted an unsecured loan I was told I didn't qualify for the amount I wanted unless I put my car as collateral for a secured loan. I told them I didn't owe that much on my car so I didn't want a lien on it for that long, so I was going to pass on the loan. I was then assured that I only need to pay down the loan with the amount that they paid for my former car note and they would release the lien. I didn't get that in writing, so that was my mistake. I have made every payment on time without fail. I called a few months ago to see how much more I needed to pay down to get the lien released and I was given a dollar amount. Again, I didn't get this in writing which was my mistake. I called today because I am paying off the loan in full in a few days and I was hoping to get the lien released quickly. I was told they would not release the lien until the loan was paid in full. So I was lied to before I was willing to sign anything, so they could get my business. Makes sense. Scammers lie to get money. That's what they do. Then lied to again on April 8, 2020 (I checked my call log to see when I called them about it.) Again, I am paying off this loan (and another unsecure loan I have with them) in just a few days. And then I will never do business with this company again. In fact I will be warning anyone who will listen that this company is a cleverly disguised scam.

I guess I will be One Main's first victim of the New Year. I was served papers on a Sunday for non payment on a unsecured loan through one main and due to the covid 19 my wife and I who is on disability and my wife works part-time was recently evicted and now one main wants to garnish her part-time check for $6400. Be careful who you do business with, or people like Savannah Martin from One Main Financial will run down and hire the law firm of Morgan & Associates, P.C. out of OKC to sue you. So with everything going on in the country right now covid, unemployment, dying, famine, country divided political upheaval, One Main and this Law firm wants to add to the matter by taking people to court for their own greed, should be ashamed of yourself. People do your due diligence.

Not recommended because they claim no prepayment penalty and my paperwork says so. Its a lie. If you make a large prepayment, they will continue to charge the full ENTIRE interest due as if you never paid much of it early!!! This isnt a clerical error. They explained it AFTER taking all my money. THEY DO IT TO EVERYONE!!! VERY VERY dishonest. VERY UNDERHANDED.

Not a good option. They told me I did not have to have the insurance to get a loan so I was approved and took off work to sign my papers and the insurance was on there. There was even a sign on the wall saying you don't have to take the insurance. I said I did not want it but was told I would have to start the approval process all over again if I did not take it. I could not afford to take off work again so yes I was forced to take it. Also the interest rate was 27%.I had to take these terms at the time but went somewhere else and paid this off the first month. Credit Karma should not endorse someone with these practices.

I have rarely found as consistently superb service provision, as that afforded me at NW OKC'S One Main Financial branch on N. Memorial Rd. Bud and the staff there are willing to assist with application, credit checking, and fast, efficient loan processing, no matter when I contact them.
