OneMain Financial S West Ave, Freeport

When I first encountered the employees over the phone they were friendly but it’s changed ever since I became a customer. They take the time to call you asking to help with extra funds but when you need it they tell you their “system” declines/approves it automatically. Every company is different as far as the application system but when I called back with questions I was rushed off the phone and cut off while I was talking.

I'll be honest. When someone walks in and tries to start an application there...and then the lady there stops right at the beginning and tells me they can't help me...That's when I fully understand the unprofessionalism they have. According to the BBB it is unlawful to do so. This company is biased and judgemental. They won't be in business long.

I've been a customer of OneMain Financial for several years and have always received outstanding, friendly service.

Very rude on the phone. Unprofessional and degrading. Would never refer someone there. We deserve to be treated with respect.

Great people. Wonderful at what they do. I would recommend these people and this company to anyone.

CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOKS! What else can I say. A company who charges 400%+ interest are crooks. Plain and simple.

Couldn't get a loan because my truck was not vale able for them not goinh to them if i need to save my life
