Lance at One Main financial was extremely helpful. He answered every question I have before I could even ask. He did not make any choices for me but listed every option I have which was very helpful during the process. I highly recommend One Main financial for any loan purposes. Lance was great!

I walked in expecting to go through my credit and financial history with a financial representative so they could find the one detail they could use against me to either reduce my offered loan amount or deny me altogether. Instead, because they had already reviewed my credit and financial history prior to my arrival they increased my offered loan amount and made the whole experience very pleasant. They treated me like an adult and didn't attempt to lecture me or educate me on how to manage my finances. They really exceeded my expectations. I walked out of their office still in disbelief asking myself again and again, "did that really happen?"

This office is wonderful - I first initiated a loan here years ago and am still able to speak to the same gentleman who has always been helpful. He remembers me if I call and is very personable which means a lot. I have had nothing but positive experiences in working with this company both when they were Springleaf and after they converted to One Main Financial last year. Customer service is amazing and the speed that they process paperwork is stunning, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to consolidate high interest rate credit cards, simplify payments or looking to establish credit. They make everything very easy.

It was so easy to receive the loan I needed and given multiple choices of loans. I tried other loan companies and got no where. I should have came to One Main Financial first, instead of wasting all my time. I am a repeat customer and will never go anywhere for a loan but One Main Financial.

Total dupe. Don't do it not worth it. They are sooo nice when signing up and act like they are so helpful. Fast forward a year I'd never do it again. Also signed me up for "insurance" on my debt when I actually DECLINED! SO please be smart look into more options it's a smoke show show boat to get you in.

BEWARE!!! Everything this company claims they stand for is a bunch of B.S. Don't waste your time letting these idiots make a mark on your credit then say not approved. They only want to rob you with their bogus interest rates. This is not a bank in any shape or form. They don't follow procedure like a normal bank would when determining factors in regards to a loan. Please don't make the mistake of giving this place your hard earned money. The biggest scam is all the advertising and once you call they have a hidden agenda that slowly shows itself. The women that told me I was approved was very nice and had made arrangements with me to close on the loan for that day. When I was on my way over to the Nashua location to finalize my loan I received a phone call from a guy who was extremely rude and un-professional stating that I was no longer approved because of two collections that were almost 7 years old from when I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease which left me homebound for almost two years. My fico credit score at the time was 660 and I knew I didn't have a single negative mark on my credit since the collections so I this guy was a complete idiot denying my business so i went right over to DCU Federal Credit Union and received a Signature loan in less than 48 hours with no collateral along with an annual percentage rate of 10%. I can't believe I almost fell for there scam artists. Should of never fell for their pre-approved solicting offers. If the a** hole that does the loan overwriting for the Nashua location reads this I just want to say "F*** You Moron" 🖕

One Main on Amherst st Nashua NH. Negligent customer interaction and record keeping in regards to closing accounts. I was given a payoff quote from a One Main rep over the phone and I wrote a check for the agreed amount. Now they are coming after me for more money after they already cashed my check. They are now claiming that my payoff quote was higher than what the check was made for. One Main is claiming that I never contacted them about a payoff quote even though I have the phone record and my bank teller as a witness. 36% interest rate! Webpage user interface is inaccurate with minimal information, missing things like "amount due to close account" etc...

The people are nice. I was so desperate going into this loan thinking it will help. But the more i pay on the loan it barely goes down. Im literally giving 200 month on a loan and still at the beginning. It doesnt even show i paid 100 in full off. Its a daily interest baring loan. Never knew and dont recommend anyone to get one. I was desperate and now i feel stuck it didn't help me at all.

The service was great,quick ,and very professional.And I want to let you know that Lance assisted me on my first loan and my second loan,and he really took good care of me.He is a great employee and does a great job. Thanks again Lance for everything! Billy.
