Beware beware beware!!! I was treated like a criminal. First I had an appointment and they put me in the back Room and left me there for an hour. finally the rep I had an appointment with touched base with me and then left and assisted other people. When I came out to see what was going on another rep told me I could either stay in the back room or sit in the lobby. Then my rep came back and asked me did I have more paperwork to provide after I had confirmed that everything I needed was already provided. Most of all, when finalizing the loan my interest rate jumped 10% from what the paperwork said I was approved for. When I asked the rep why, she said because it was an unsecured loan. but the previous paperwork said it was lower why didn't you tell me it was going to change. She wanted to fight me on the increase. And then there's a $75 application fee. I asked the rep why did you not tell me about the application fee. the rep said that every bank charges an application fee. That's a lie. she fought me saying that I paid an application fee with other bank loans and I told her I did not. These guys are total crooks and will steal from you and lie to your face.

This financial institution is a JOKE! I can’t wait to finish paying them and end the nightmare that I’ve encountered. They repossessed my car, paid $375 to take it out and $150 to pick up from the place they had it on hold. The company they work with for repossession messed up my car leaving me with an additional $700 dollars to fix the car. Guys, if you can, please go through another financial agency to get help. This place is a joke and there’s always new people in their branch.

The process is long the first time obtaining a loan, must be in store to sign everything and they really hit you with the upsell on all the optional life insurance and other added value offers. I am disabled with veteran and social security pay and got approved for a $4,000 loan which was $3,300 direct deposited the following morning and $700 checks to my credit cards with balances. I needed my loan for moving costs. Monthly payments $174.04. After having a loan with onemain for one year I got a call from the office I received the first loan through asking if they could help me again with a loan. I was concerned with how far the office is from where I live now as far as having to come into the office - they said that since I already came in the office once all I needed to do was update them with bank statements and electronically sign the documents. So they appoved me for an additional $2000 that was direct deposited the following morning. Payments per month now $191.16. Easy peasy, I recommend OneMain financial.

Worse place to ask for a loan, I made 2 appointments and they couldn't find my appointment. The second time I went for my appointment there was no one there, all thr lights were on. Then a lady passed by me and went to the back door and ignored me when I knock to let them know I was there for an appointment. One of the worse place I been to and terrible people, going to get my loan from a different place now so I won't have to deal with nonsense.

Takes too long to pay back loan, constantly calling to take out another loan before paying back first loan. First few years, you're paying 85% of the interest of the loan than the actual loan. They'll call you 20 to 25 times a day. When you first get your loan, they take part of your loan & paid off something else instead of giving you the full loan.

Be ready to give them all your car info. THEY WANT TO HOLD YOUR CAR TITLE FOR A LOAN EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY DON'T UNTIL YOU FILL OUT THE APPLICATION!!! Liars, cheats and scammers here.

These people are crooks don't ever get a loan with them, no matter how hard you try to pay them off they make it impossible, they keep offering more and more even though you tell them no, the interest is ridiculous, they don't provide you with the right information they give you the run around

If anyone gets a loan with this company make sure u ask how much is the application fee.
