Had a great experience getting my loan. Fast and easy. I was approved same day no hassle no issues. I would recommend One Main Financial and if I ever need another loan I know where to go.

They say they do Payday loans on this site. When you call them they say don’t do Payday loans. They use credit scores to get you a loan. Don’t use them it is a corrupted system. Advance America will give you a loan with out the hassle.

I had a great experience with this branch and the whole loan process , quick and easy ! I love how you can do everything online you are not required to come in at all ! Which was very convenient for me since I travel a-lot ! The professionalism was on point I definitely will recommend !

My agent was very patient and thorough. The process was very easy. Every aspect was done online which made me feel safe because of not having to go into the office. I would recommend 100%.

I established my loan at a different branch and had been very pleased with their customer service. For whatever reason my loan was transferred to the DeSoto branch with no explanation and the experience has been very different. Something needs to be done about the rude customer service. Not every person I've talked to has been rude, but 9 times it off 10 they have been. Not good. 1/2020 update There must be a new manager at the DeSoto location. I've had great customer service the last several times I've had to call or interact with the office. I'm overall pretty happy with the financial portion of my experience. There have been some struggles with communication and customer service, but I would highly recommend One Main Financial as a whole to my friends and family.

What a wonderful experience. I got more than I was expecting and the staff was phenomenal. I'd had a less than desirable (not bad, just disappointing) experience with a staff member that is no longer there and was leery about trying with them again. But I am so thrilled I did. We all hit rough times and when our credit leaves something to be desired, help can be hard to find. In one simple and timely transaction, I was treated with respect and understanding and given the help I desperately needed. Keep up the wonderful work and thank you again Shanece! You made my day!

After my visit at OMF, I would not recommend the DeSoto branch to anybody. The Branch manager was probably one of the rudest person I have ever come into contact with. Gabrielle , the Loan Specialist could be the saving grace for the branch. Where she tried to explain the company's commitment, the manager ruined it all. Examples; 1. She dictated that our loan had to be direct deposited (page 1 in OMF booklet that is available to read, it offers options on receiving your money). Only after waiting over an hour past my appointment time, did I agree to do so. 2. The manager said we had to do direct pay, in which I objected, because I wanted to chose when I make my payments (Page 2 of the same booklet mentioned above has many options on making payment). After hearing my objections, the manager said she would have to re-submit the loan package to see if the direct payment could be remove. A BIG FAT LIE. After standing my ground, she come back in minutes with the corrected form indicating my preferred payment options. The branch manager was very aggressive in her tone as she communicated with us. The feeling was she was there doing us a favor, and if I did not like it, she had the power to change things from processing the loan to rejection. 3. Lastly, I submitted online feedback to the corporate office asking for a phone call to discuss the situation and to this date, I have yet talked to or communicated with anyone from OMF. I could go on about my experience, but I believe that my promptness in repaying the loan in the shortest time possible and never do business with this particular branch would speak volumes. OMF seems to be a good company, but this one person spoiled the entire experience.

We have now used OMF twice and both times we have worked with Nathan. It has been the most pleasant experience both times in dealing with he and the staff at OMF. Utilizing the on-line services to pay your payment is also quick and efficient. In the world of customer service, if you don't do it right the first time you may not get a second chance. Nathan and the staff at OMF are TOPS in the arena of EXCELLENT customer service. I have been a CHASE customer since 2005 and they have never worked as hard to get a loan approved for me as OMF. I will be a life long LOYAL customer to OMF for all my financial needs.

I think the person that I dealt with named Allison, was not professional, nor have the ability to be customer focus. I never received a phone call from her to inform me of the status of my application. My opinion of this company, is that a favor was performed, and I wasn't approved.
