OneMain Financial Spring St, Herndon

I would NOT recommend this at ALL!!!! I’ve never felt so STUCK!!! Interest rates are too high. I pay 350, and only $40 goes to my account; the rest is interest. If I pay before the date, I still get penalized for not delivering on the due date. EVEN THOUGH THE PEOPLE ARE KIND AND RESPECTFUL. Customer services is good.

Be very careful. I only came to check the status of my first approval. After telling me the application was closed, I left then came back to a reapply.. Katelyn Lacroix is a shady character denies applicant from applying because she believes he said business loan. Went from asking me what was the reasons for my loan, then to no we cannot proceed because I said "business loan" (which is a lie I said personal business purposes). When she asked me to be more precise after I told her it would be emergency and consolidating bills, I might of said business but not business loan. But she swears I said "BUSINESS LOAN" and that's the reason for denying me from applying. So please beware or record your conversations from now on. This is exactly what happened. Why am I fighting someone for loan putting words in my mouth just to take my title and get paid off my back(Interest). Everything happens for a reason and you don't deserve my business. Profiling and disgusting. Out of character.

I am 120% Disabled Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Woman Marine Corps Veteran and had my car loan with Marine Federal Credit Union. I transferred my loan from them due to totally lousy service to OneMain Financial in Manassas, VA and they have been absolutely terrific! They truly KNOW how to treat a customer with respect, caring and true concern. I have never, ever had a bad experience or encounter with the great office staff at OneMain. All of the transactions are made online and effortless to complete and submit. I want to give a shout out to MARK!!!!!!! Thanks so much and they are the BEST BUSINESS I have ever had the pleasure to experience! Thanks OneMain!

I was treated with great respect. Brittany took great care of us and was sensitive to our needs and extremely professional. She worked hard to get us the loan we needed to help us in our time of need. I highly recommend One Main Financial!!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The loans have extremely high interest! (Even with slightly above average credit)! You'll end up paying almost double the amount you borrowed. If you experience financial hardship, THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOU. I called the Branch Manager Elizabeth to explain my situation, and she had a very nasty tone over the phone. She basically told me they only work with people if your income drops 30% or more. She told me she would look into my situation and see if they could do anything. I followed up with her a week later and I was told, "when I hear something, I'll let you know." Here it is almost 2 weeks later and still no word. I'm assuming they will wait until another payment is due to try and take advantage of me even more. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a great experience with OneMain Financial. They provided me a great and fast service, and great customer service. They explained to me what I needed to complete my application, I followed up, and my loan was approved fast. No waiting time! I greatly recommend OneMain Financial

I personally recommend it, I do not speak English but Miss Allison Cuevas attended me and she was very kind to me, she attended me in Spanish that made me feel more comfortable throughout the process, and everything was fast and effective I recommend them

OneMain Financial is wonderful company to do business with and I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a short term loan. OneMain’s rates are competitive and beats most banks rates The staff is professional and they takes the time to answer all your questions. This is my second loan with OneMain Financial and it certainly not the last. Lastly, I love the technical innovation with completing all docs over a secure website! A big shoutout to Brittany P. from the Manassas office who help me complete my my loan!!

Reps were not professional. Even jealous or abusive of you if you are not careful. I HAD ALWAYS doubted them. They sent me solicitations by now 4 times. One time, an African American woman did not cooperate to help. My suspicion was validated as reviews are more of complaints than compliments.

Had the pleasure of working with Brittany Pogozelski with my loan and she was a pleasure working with. Ms. Pogozelski was so helpful and kind with my loan and my experience with One Main Financial I would definitely come to her again with and future loan needs with One Main.
