Extremely unprofessional, will only be nice until you question their loan, I was consistently yelled at and laughed at on the phone with their branch manager and whoever answers their phones. Was never given the opportunity to even get out a full sentence or question... Willing to give us a debt consolidation loan but ONLY if we paid off our truck with it, a loan that we already have extremely good rates on and not the debt we're having issues with and didn't apply to refinance the truck, didn't even give them that as an option. They will screw you, make sure you question EVERYTHING! Make sure you know what your take home pay is they will not figure correctly and try to make it seem like you bring home way less than you do to "explain" you into a loan that will not help you. I have dealt with a few different companies but everything about this one flashed HUGE red flags. My request did not go " unfulfilled ". I turned down your request. You wanted to use the loan to pay off our truck which already has an amazing rate on it so kind of a ridiculous request. And nothing about how rude the employees are?

I referred my sister and brother In-law to this company. They refuse to give me my hundred dollars. I don’t know if I can trust a company that screws over there customers. My next step is to call the main branch I guess

we just started with them and so far we are very please and if we need help we would go back the people there are very friendly and answer any questions we had

Teresa was great. Worked with us and did not do any hard credit checks with out my permission. I have looked other places and they did. I suggest this loan company to all my friends. Very happy with them.

The staff here is unlike an other loan place i have been to. They are so helpful and explain everything. The over all attitudes of the staff is incredible. They are all very upbeat, kind people who make you feel as if your with family. My experience over all was great.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If you are needing to consolidate your debt, find a different company. Not one employee is competent or none of them have the same training. You have one employee tell you one thing and then another tell you that’s not true. Your statement has the due date and a late date, but the employees say that it’s incorrect. They will tell you when it’s late. Not one employee has any compassion and they are completely unprofessional AFTER you use them. Lesson learned! Teresa and Heather are the worst to deal with. The branch manager, Melinda isn’t much better. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

Contrary to other reviews I have read on here. I have used one main financial and american general many times over last 15 years. I have had nothing but over the top experiences. Teresa has been there the whole time and Melinda for most of it as well. Both are great and easy to deal with. They give you a list of what is needed. Very simple!!!

After having a rough couple of years I needed to take out a loan to consolidate some debt and to be able to give my girls' birthdays this year. I went through Lending Tree for a small or loan so went through their system again to get a larger one. OneMain Financial was the pre-approved company that had the best interest rate. I completed their application online, I did have some difficulty getting documents to submit. I was called the next business day from OneMain Financial by Heather in the Nixa, Missouri office. She was very easy to work with, very professional, very relatable, and very sympathetic. I went in early that same business day with required documentation and the money was in my bank the following day. Yes they do include an additional program with their quote but given what's all in in that program. Overall I am saving money per month, have extra perks as well as life insurance and vehicle reimbursement costs.

This place was terrible to work with. They made my first experience with a loan miserable. Nicole was not pleasant to work with and seemed like she did not know what she was doing. It was very stressful and overall not a good experience.

Very disappointed. I was offered a loan to consolidate debt after several phone calls I agreed against my better judgement. I then had to drive to Nixa when I live in Marshfield to fill out paperwork. I then found out they dont calaculate income like other agencies (net not gross), they also dont follow some of the same credit rules. I would never recommend this company I worked for a bank for over 5 years Im not sure how these people are getting away with what they do.
