The people at One Main Financial were helpful, and they contacted me quickly. They made me feel like a real person and not just some faceless computer. The offered me a couple of different choices, and the whole process happened very quickly. I really like that they had a local office where I went to close the loan. It all just seemed far more personal, which I appreciated very much.

I had a current loan with One Main, but I was needing to refinance and and a couple of smaller loans. Cricket was not only friendly and helpful, but she was supportive and understanding of my needs. It is not easy to ask for financial help, and she made this experience seamless and stress-free. I will recommend One Main to all of my friends. They are so kind and helpful.

I dreaded the whole apply for a loan and go through all these hoops and spend like an entire day just getting the people all the documents thinking the next thing they will want is some DNA. I have what is the average credit rating in the mid 600's and I have worked so hard to establish good credit payment history so I went ahead and tried to get a loan for my needed dental work in the amount of 4,000. I filled out just a few quick questions about myself and I was taken to their upload documents portal. I easily uploaded the normal bank statements, income proof and drivers license. Total time about ten minutes. No joke, I was called literally in five minutes from a very kind helpful customer service rep and she just wanted to go ahead and make sure I had uploaded everything and she told me that I would know an answer for sure that same day. Ok, so after like an hour I was called by the branch manager at the Denton location and she said that she doesn't have just one loan offer, she had two! So I was simply expecting to know if I could borrow the 4,000 dollars and how much it was going to cost. I never expected the offers, the first one was to give me the 4k and pay off my outstanding credit card bills with a much lower rate than I was paying then. I was like wow! I was excited, she then told me her second offer, she would pay off my car note in full and give me the 4k for a lower rate and shorter term all for only raising my actual car payment which would include my 4k loan go up 40.00 dollars. I was shocked to say the least. They then asked me if I could make it into their office that day and I could get my check that day! To sum this up, I went, nothing not one thing changed they didn't pressure me to get anything more, they had me sign some paperwork and I left with my car loan being paid in full by overnight check and I had my 4k in my hand all for only 40 bucks more a month. I highly believe this is the best financial transaction I have had in my life. THANKS!!

I have been a customer and used OneMain over the years and it has always been very pleasant. I called on Monday and Daniella was incredible. She is so helpful, informative, and very knowledgeable. She follows up with updates along the way and makes you feel like you’re asking a friend for help. Thank you Daniella for making my experience top notch!

Wow! I don’t want to over-do this, but Wow! From the beginning (several years back) to now, these folks have gone out of their way to help! They listen, they help, they listen more. I was laid off about a month ago. I called to fill them in as I was worried about covering my payments! We had decided back when we got our loan to have the insurance they offered as part of the package. OMG it has helped us through the toughest of times as we are in now! So Worth It! I have very little credit not bad just no recent credit Credit Karmas recommendation was I go to One Main to get a loan. I went there and though everyone was nice that day it is my pet peeve to be told we will get back to you in 1 to 3 hours to let you know if your loan was approved and then they don’t get back to you! I gave them basically my whole life identity and they neglected me. I have plenty of money to support the small car loan I was asking for and my credit isn’t bad there just isn’t any for the last several years. I only went with them because I had picked a car from a local person and wanted a fast loan (which is what they supposedly do at this place) so I could get the check fast and locally and I didn’t get the car sold out from under me and the loan lady knew that. So I’m waiting on the loan, I got ALL my stuff in by 1 pm around 4:30 I call and they say they are waiting to hear tell me how busy they are they will have to get back to me tomorrow. The next morning I call and the girl tells me she tried to call me to tell me it would be the next day and left me a message. I check my phone... nothing... I ask her to read the number she called and it was input into the system wrong... (though I checked online where I input my info and it was right). She said underwriting was looking at it they should hear something back soon and she will call me when she can (now the excuse is half the people in the office are gone and they are busy) so at 3:30 I decided to apply online with another bank I use (online only not local) because I’m tired of waiting and get the loan with no proof of income nothing! I called back after to let them know I got the loan and now the tone of the people is as if I’m bugging them it is 4ish more than 24 hours after I apply for the (1-3 hour loan approval time) I didn’t even get to tell them I got the loan because they told me they’d get back to me a hung up. 2 and a half weeks later(REALLY? It took that long??) I get the denying letter in my spam email!!!!! I am glad I didn’t get the loan with them and went with someone I can trust to do business with! I only gave them the 1star because I saw a sweet old man come in and they helped him get a loan he needed to pay the bills he was behind on based off his ssi check! I called later to ask about the manager to ask about the information they have of mine they said they would have her call back surprise...never called back. I was never rude to these people for them to treat me this way.

Most ridiculous institution imaginable. Because of an error made at this branch in Denton TX, and a woman claiming to be a manager named Danielle, they have put my wife and i in a bad spot financially and are trying to put blame on us even after admitting that she (danielle) has made the exact same mistake in the recent past with another customer putting them in a bad spot she is still claiming that the decisions we made after speaking with her and making plans based on her advice were ill advised. She is refusing to let us speak with her boss. Im furious

I love this place. Catherine at the Denton Location for sure. She ROCKS. I was impressed with her professionalism, her kindness and her communication skills. I am hard to please, but I am happy with this company, this branch and their staff member Catherine.
