Love the staff, the service and ease of application - The Website leaves a LOT to be desired though for an existing customer. I can't see any of my original loan terms such as Rate, Term, or even the account that my automatic payments are being taken from. It's kind of important to have that information available to customers if they are looking to do another debt consolidation loan. Their website for existing customers is the ONLY reason I don't give them 5 stars.

I felt this was a pleasant experience. Our salesperson was thorough and informative. We were in and out in a hr and by time we reached home our money was in bank. I was trying to get a personal loan through other companies, had gone thru a few that declined me, I am currently working on my credit from a bankruptcy. One Main Financial responded immediately was super professional and worked with me to get a loan that fit my monthly budget. The staff was great and I intend on paying this loan off early an will reapply for another with this company... Thank You One maine Financial and all the staff.

Company is a complete waste of time. They have you go thru an over the phone application process, once completing they schedule you to come in for an in person review of your vehicle (collateral) then, have you go all back thru the already completed application process which was done over the phone. They add in additional insurance charges, as well as want you to meet other requirements that you are not made aware of before coming in for the appointment. Do not waste your time with this company, there are much better options out there.

I was pre approved, I jumped through all the hoops emailed paystub, had the title to my truck to put up, gave them bank statements and was approved from the office. I was then told to come to the office to finalize my claim with my social security card which I had on hand. I got dropped off at the office because it was going to be an hour to fill out necessary paperwork. They asked me if I drove my truck here.. I did not.well they can not do loans with out looking at the vehicle in person. The lady I spoke to never told me to bring my vehicle then on my way there I called to make sure I had everything i needed. I was left without a ride, a loan and a bad taste in my mouth from the experience I had here. Oh and I took a huge hit on my credit score after they ran the loan after they said I would be approved. Very misleading place and Devyn the agent who assisted me was very rude. I would give the new port richey store 0 stars if I could.

Very disappointed. Dont sign up for the unemployment insurance. Not worth it. Have to jump through hoops. I had the former employer fill out the necessary form, but they want more... this is how they get out if helping you when you are temporarily unemployed.

The company is misleading. Got approved for more than enough and was told to go to my local office to sign papers. 2 hours before my appointment they called and denied me. How does a company approve your credit and everything then locally deny you?!

Very attentive, Sean went out of his way to ensure we received the amount we requested and how to use it in best order. Explained all in great detail and his customer service was just as expected, even assisting extra due to my injury. If youre in a need for a loan, look no further.

I'm giving just one star to OneMain financial.... I have been with for almost 4 making payments every other Friday... paying more than the minimum payments requirement for then monthly... I re-apply for another loan and after been approved for this one... I never hear again from customer services or the Office. and now, I decided to logging in my account to see what's going on?? Just to see that this office didn't approve my second loan, after that I already got the approve in my online application!! I received my my Congratulation letter to my email telling me about my approbation for tid Loan... Also very high interest rate!! I will never apply for a loan with OneMain Financial in my live after I paid off tjis account.

I highly recommend OneMain Financial, as I have used them often when I needed extra cash. They are easy to work with you & give you good financial advise and you can receive your money needed, often the next day. I hope that you would use them the next time you need cash. Marilyn Allison
