Thomas Cotten3When I originally called about a loan they were all gungho. After getting loan I called about questions I had. They said they would call me back that day. Never did. Had to call them back next afternoon because they never did call me back. I called them 3 weeks later to get additional money I needed for a const. Purchase. They said they would call me back in the afternoon. They never called. Had to call them back next afternoon. I finally got additional loan. One week later after receiving paperwork and invoice for payment it was not as discussed.They charged me $500.00 for an autocare policy that I did not sign up for. I called to cancel the policy. They said they would call me back later that day. I said are you sure it will be today? They said yes no problem.. Never happened. Had to call back and leave message. Still waiting to see if they call back. Very poor business practices.

Terri Williams1I opened an account about 2 yrs. Ago. I have made every payment on time. I applied for a new small loan, and was denied because they wanted a vehicle to be put up for the loan. A small loan? That's the world today. Very disappointed.
