      Thank you for working with us on this transaction from Hell. I won't be working with Maria Romeo anymore, if I can help it. Maria Romeo was not very cooperative with my escrow coordinator throughout this whole transaction. We also had multiple issues trying to get her to understand that the FIRPTA is a disclosure and should have a qualified substitute within 7 days to the buyer side. Because of her poor business practices, ignorance, negative attitude and lack of co-operation, I really don't want to work with Maria Romeo ever again. If your other escrow officers practice last minute FIRTPA or Qualified Substitutes, you will never see my business there ever again. Your place was so good when Barbara Childers was there. Too bad as this past experience soured my desire to ever go back there. Thanks for letting us know our buyer is on record, but... Not coming back. Thanks!
