      I needed to deposit money into my account after business hours when I got home from work, found out they do not have ATMS that money can be deposited, NOWHERE!!! Thinking about switching to ARVST they have all the Convenience for their customers,OCU told me to drop my money in their deposit box an they will get to it after 9 when they open

      Terrible customer service. Have been with them since 2007. Every year it gets worse. Now the lobby closes at 5. Nearly impossible work with. Last loan rep completely failed to do her job. Deposit money; can’t withdraw it. Unfortunately it’s the best of the worse credit unions/banks out there. Used to be great. Not anymore.

      I was searching to refinance my car. The bank I have used for 19 years gave me a rate I thought was reasonable. Thank goodness my wife recommended I check with OCCU who had financed her truck purchase for comparison. I contacted Mandi Harrell and all I can say is the service I received was exemplary. Even though Mandi is a bank official, she gave me personalized service. I got a lower rate, expeditious professional service and she was even patient with my calls and questions.       This was a very difficult credit union to deal with electronically. Closing the account from another city was not simple and the person on the phone at the main office was not helpful at all. I received TONS of paperwork daily saying nothing in the mail. Would not reccommend.

      I have had nothing but easy experiences getting the financing I need. Mary at the BA branch is fantastic and always finds me the most cost effective ways to get things done that I may not have thought of.

      Needed to open a CD as a guardian. Spoke to someone on the customer support, and they said no problem. We took in the money, but realized we forgot the guardians ID, so my husband went to the house to get it. After 30 minutes we were told they can't open those accounts unless we were a member there. They knew up front we were not a member there and that we had this problem with another credit union. It was extremely frustrating. Took off work, went by the original bank to withdraw the funds, spend 30+ minutes there, so I could be told no. Ended up going back to the bank where we had the original account. I wasted 2+ hours.

      My Name is B. Adams.  I have had a few loans with this credit union presently and in the past.  I located a 2015 Honda Accord  that I wish to purchase for my daughter from a dealer here in Tulsa.  We submitted on line application, She is currently on one loan, and was contacted as approved.  My daughter, being the smart young adult that she is, determined that she could not afford the payments and insurance at this time.  Since the vehicle is $5-7 thousand under retail book, and my Son is currently driving a 2002 ford Explorer pushing 150k,  I decided it would make a good vehicle for Him and my Daughter could drive the explorer.  So....once again we submitted an application.  Since it was a Sunday  I called the next day( Monday) to insure the application was received.  I was told Yes.  Now the Application has His social and the vin. of the vehicle on it.  My Son also has a had a loan with me at your credit union.  I waited a day....no call.   2nd day.... no call  So I decided to call. On the 4th day of calling,  I was told underwriting has it and we are waiting on an approval.  Fair enough since We were trying to get it in just his name.  We checked his credit score 758, 2yrs on job, 2yrs at residence, and a yearly income of 50-60k, but limited credit. so a week passes and I decide to call again (  week 2 ).  I was told he was approved.  I asked for interest rate and was told that since He was on the note by Himself, that information could only be released to Him , Understandable.   We had also contacted the bank where His check is deposited and also gave an approval, but we wanted to compare interest rates.  So we proceeded to get insurance, which 1 month had to be paid up front and made an appointment, had all the necessary paperwork, current pay stub, DL, SS Card, to get loan done on the following Saturday, 10AM.  My Son works in OKC, so I informed Him He was approved,  and that I had paid the insurance,  and we can sign the loan papers on Saturday,  and swap vehicles.  GREAT  ........ NOT     When we arrived, after a small wait, Loan helped us.  First she couldn't our application...... Found it....She stated the SS # was wrong, OK we have his card, FIXED,  then she couldn''t find the vehicle. OK ...  I had a picture of the Od and vin on my phone.  She then stated the Vin was wrong.  Hmmmm,, Now this vehicle has been in the system 2 weeks with 2 different applications both approved.   STOP  she said,  it has a branded title..... and underwriting will not let Her loan on this vehicle. What we were approved ? I tried to explain that  No it doesn't !  I explained is has a Dealer buyback due to a Ck-engine light due to the fuel pump, but has not been wrecked is still under factory warranty till 36, 000 miles and the powertrain is covered until 2021, and we are purchasing way under book.   Since it had already went to underwriting I did not understand why now we cant be approved.  "Well I will have to contact underwriting on Monday 5--7 "   Needless to say I held my cool till I was outside, but I was quite MAD!  Before we left your parking lot, I recalled BOK and spoke with the loan officer who I had contacted before, who also had the vin# and didn't see a problem, but the interest rate was a percent higher.  Today is Wednesday 5-9 almost 3 weeks..I have yet to hear loan or anyone else from this place of Business.  I would like someone .... NOT Loan ..... to contact me  Since I feel we have been forgotten.

      Absolutely horrible place! I came in a about 2 months back as a suggestion from my friend to get a car loan and went in to inquire about it & had to wait around for a good 10 mins just to ask about it because the manager was literally SCREAMING at one of the women tellers about God knows what, she probably had no idea I was able to hear but could have heard that in Texas. I don't know how someone as nasty as that woman was able to be in a position as a manager, she must be one hell of a good liar or the higher ups are complete idiots. After hearing that I just walked out. FYI, if you are going to act horribly to your employees, then get a job where you don't have employees or a anger management class. Unbelievable!
