OCCU | Oregon Community Credit Union Town Center Loop, Wilsonville

My card got shut down because I was trying to get free trials of streaming services, but I can't call to reactivate it because it it's saturday and they close at 2pm on saturdays, and they are closed sunday so I have no card for at least 2 days. And I swear I better not get a copy paste response from the owner about how they care because if you cared I would have access to my card.

This location has excellent customer service, and is well-tuned to managing social distancing in the covid era

Tomorrow I must drive from Vancouver to Wilsonville to get a payoff on my car loan. I tried to call today and I didn't remember when I got the loan or how much it was for originally, so they would not help me. I am going to refinance through Columbia Credit union because they will help me on the phone or in person. I had my SSN, and all the normal info to verify identity, yet was told they could not help me. This policy is horrible and very poor customer service.

This bank makes everything a challenge. The people working are incompetent and the systems are outdated.

Would not give me my loan number over phone? I am trying to get my auto insurance addressed they are impossible to deal with.

Added 4k to my loan for 90 days insurance because the payee was wrong,, just added it to my loan... even though i'm supposed to get 30 days to transfer it. So for less than 60 days insurance the raised my loan 4000.00. Do Not Get a car loan with these people. I never received written notice. Going to go thru contract and arbitrate.

The teller was extremely rude to us. He treated us disrespectful and bery bad attitude

They genuinely deserve a zero star. Their biggest perk is an Oregon Duck logo debit card. I have given them endless chances in my 2+ yrs as a member. They have horrible customer service and have outsourced their fraud prevention to a company inferior to theirs(I know hard to believe), I constantly have my card declined for transactions within the state that they deem to be potentially fraudulent. Do yourself a favor and put your money in a real bank. Or at least a credit union worthy of your business.

Very negative experience regarding insurance on my camper loan, USAA had a number off on my Vin# and listed the lienholder incorrectly on the policy, OCCU placed an outrageous policy over $2,700 a year premium on my loan due to a couple of data input issues yet the camper was fully insured the whole time. I will never do business with OCCU again nor will I recommend their services. I would highly recommend Oregonions Credit Union for better rates as well as much better customer service.

OCCU is the easiest bank I've worked with. Glad there's a closer branch now. Gladstone/ Clackamas area next please!
