      NSP Credit Union has the best rates and options available! They are always responsive and you talk to knowledgeable people when you call. Excellent customer service and if you don't belong you need to join!

      I've been with NSP Credit Union for over 40 plus years. Everyone there especially Ann, has been extremely helpful. Ann went above and beyond, in helping me with setting up my account...so that I don't have to pester them anymore by calling them day after day for my acct. information; now I can do it myself on my own phone! I am so grateful for her help; and also for the help of other staff members over the years! They have all been professional, courteous, and diligent in doing their work and putting their customers first!

      This credit union has always been awesome to me and my family. They support and educate whenever I come to them with financial questions and steer me towards what is best for me and my family as opposed to what makes them the most money. Customer first is always their approach.

      Staff is great, always willing to work with ya. My only complaint is Atm's. I lose money using them, I dont have time to save receipts to turn them in to redeem money. Their not that close to me.

      Hi, Joshua- Thank you for your review. We have two options to avoid ATM fees. 1. Our credit union partners with the Coop Network. There is a link on our website to see where you can avoid fees. 2. If you have a Kasasa checking account and meet the monthly minimum qualifications, then all ATM fees assessed to your checking account will be refunded to you each month.
