      I have done titles and driver's licenses with these people and have yet to encounter any rudeness at all!!! As a matter of fact, one of the girls looked up some info for my hubby.

      Horrible experience. Customer service was terrible. Don't go there unless you have at least 2 hours to waste

      We know your Saturdays are important. We are truly sorry you had such a wait today. Our office is one of the few notary offices that are open on Saturday which means that it is always a very busy day. Because we have 6 staff members, typically the wait is minimal, usually less than 10 minutes. Our staff prides itself on quick and courteous service. Every customer gets our complete attention for their services. Some customers have questions and require more attention and time than others. Come in again and see that this was an isolated occurrence. We will give you the time and attention you need and a $10 discount on your next visit for notary work! Again, we are sorry for your wait.       Lady-staff person was completely rude from the get-go. Then hung up the phone. The other poster is correct. Save your time, go elsewhere.

      HORRIBLE! VERY VERY RUDE STAFF! YOU WANT SERVICE?? TOO BAD, YOU'RE GETTING ATTITUDE. YOUNG GIRLS WHO ACT LIKE THEY HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO AND THE OLDER ONES SEEM LIKE THEY ARE MISERABLE! DROPPED MY PLATE OFF TO THEM AND SURPRISE! THEY DIDN'T TURN IT IN! TRIED TO GET MY DRIVER'S LICENSE & 1200$ WORTH OF FLAGS THE DMV TOLD ME. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE! DON'T BELIEVE ME?
