      Beware of this title company. My seller agree to pay 1000$ to repair the floor but this company want to charge 500$ to hold the funds on the last day before closing date. They should inform us earlier. They are not professional.

      Just closed our SBA loan with Jaki Brown... what a awesome lady! After dealing with SBA for two years getting them their information, redoing information because our SBA agent changed 12 times...Jaki is a Godsend!
