      Beware of this title company. My seller agree to pay 1000$ to repair the floor but this company want to charge 500$ to hold the funds on the last day before closing date. They should inform us earlier. They are not professional.

After dealing with SBA for two years getting them their information, redoing information because our SBA agent changed 12 times...Jaki is a Godsend!
