      I’ve been a member of this credit union for many years and there aren’t enough positive words to really express how I feel about them. Unlike our big national banks (ie. Wells Fargo ), who when you walk in the door, don’t know your name or even recognize you, NCCU staff welcome you with a personal greeting. I’ve had not only a checking and savings with them, but car loans, personal loans and mortgages with them. The loan department staff make every effort to make the process simple and painless and they work with patrons to utilize the payment plan that fits each members monthly income schedule. I highly recommend this credit union, they have never in 20+ years let me down!

      I have always been treated with the greatest respect and with a smiling, friendly staff person. Always willing to help, weather I have called or come in to the Credit Union personally, with what ever it is that I need. Never in all my years have I had a bad experience with the Credit Union. It's the best!

      NCCU has always been an excellent place to do our banking. They have very responsive customer service personnel. They have various banking options that meet our needs. I would recommend NCCU to anyone looking for a friendly, local way to do your banking.

      I am switching from this bank because I can deposit 500$ and only 200$ is available for a few days and they WILL give you an overdraft fee. I wanted to switch to a local bank and not support Wells Fargo but Wells fargo always lets me have my money right away. I also have received overdraft fees for being overdrawn just a few cents. The App is always down as well.

      I have been banking at this institution for many years. My parents had an account when it was the city and county employees credit union. Have always been able to call and get answers from them and they have always helped me if I was running into trouble. I would give them 5 stars except 2 reasons. Their card both debit and credit take a while to get replaced, other credit unions will get new ones to you sometimes the same day so when waiting for a week or 2 that can be problematic. Also, it is hard to link your account to services like micro trading apps or google wallet.

      I have been banking at NCCUfor about 5 years. The two times I had a problem it was quickly resolved. I (or my wife and I) have several accounts there. I like the card navigation programs, ease of access and use when we're in Mexico for several weeks each year. And for me it's very conveniently located.

      I have always enjoyed doing business with NCCU however, recently they have duel factor authentication and the only means to receive the code is via a phone call. I have no clue why texting is not an option like every other business. I hope they can get this resolved soon.

The steps are: 1. Select the Profile Icon, 2. Select Security Features, 3. Select Two Factor Authentication, 4. To enable text authentication, slide over to enable under SMS type.       I get hundreds of offers to switch to another card w/lower interest rate or transfer your cash balance every year,but none can assure you of being there if there's a problem.Also they have a very knowledgeable and likable staff. Wouldn't consider changing financial institutions
