New Western was actually my first experience with a wholesale company so I have nothing to compare it to...lol...BUT I will say this. My representative Brian Thlang is AMAZING! He is always available, VERY patient, always willing to explain, and always made me feel like he had our best interest. As far as New Western itself, the process to start using their services was very personable and easy. They made sure I fully understood everything and i never felt pressured. The only negative thing i can say is their "double closing" costs. That seemed different and expensive to me...but again, I have nothing to compare it to so it may be normal. 😂 All in all i will definitely use them again and would definitely refer them to others. ☺
