      I went to Muenks Tax Company for the first time today. Donn helped me through the tax filing process and was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He reviewed my documents several times to ensure I was getting the most back which I appreciate very very much! All around very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! I only regret not going to them sooner! Thank you!

      My first time going to a tax preparer in 10 years due to a special situation. Donn made things easy for me and helped me understand my taxes. I will most likely come back next year, they were very friendly and knowledgeable.

      Very knowledgeable and cheaper than H&R Block. They were able to deal with tax forms (dealing with an estate sale) that other tax companies didn't know how to deal with. I highly recommend Muenks.

      Our family has been using this tax company for many years and were very happy. However, in 2016 they missed one of the W-2s we submitted with our tax papers. This resulted in hundreds of dollars in penalties aside from the thousands in taxes we owed a few years unexpectedly later after the IRS found the mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, however, when we contacted them about the mistake, they made they essentially said what do you want us to do about it. Still probably better than H&R block, but they burned us.

      Dorothy and the rest of the Muenke staff is amazing. I was behind on my taxes and very uneducated when it came to taxes in general and Dorothy was so patient, helpful and understanding through it all. I cannot say enough good things about them!
