Mountain America Credit Union N Main St, Ephraim

I've had many banks/credit unions as I've lived in different states, cities, counties in my 74 years. My daughter and her husband had Mountain America Credit Union in St George and kept telling us it was the best credit union. We didn't realize that there was such a difference until we moved to Sanpete county that didn't have our previous credit union. We went with Mountain America and now we see the difference. They listen and help. Any problem we've had, they were right there willing to help. Like if there has been problems online with a credit or debit card, they have us come in and they make a new card immediately. When we need loans, like for a new roof or to consolidate bills they are right there to help and with a smile and a low interest rate. I always feel better when I leave there because they are down to earth, people who really care.

My cashier was super friendly and listened to me as I continued to talk about nothing.

This place has been such a nice experience ever since the last branc manager and several others left. Love coming here cause it's so easy and professional every time I come in. They require masks but don't force you to wear them if you forgot it or don't want to wear one. Doesn't hurt that there's plenty of pretty faces to greet you every time you go in! Love their services too!

My wife and I always enjoy the people and services, they always seem happy to see us and know their jobs well. My wife comments that making a withdrawal, to us would mean; we get to take some of the people there home with us.

I've been with this Credit Union since I was 15 and I'd never go anywhere else. They have surpassed my expectations time and time again. I will always be so greatful with the way they handled both of the deployments my father went on. It really took the stress off of my family, and kept us from feeling helpless. I brought my husband to this institution when we got married because I refused to go anywhere else, and after seeing their willingness to help and explain problems, he can see why.

I love dealing with Mountain America I've got my trailer through them in my car through them it is the best experience ever whenever I need something they help me with that and then they tell me about another program that they feel might help us out

I have never had a bad experience here. We have been banking with them for over a year and if we have any sort of problem, they help with it instantly. My husband and I especially like Jacquline. She is always friendly and has a smile on her face.

NEVER BANKING HERE!! Went one time because they're a shared bank with desert first. Needed to withdraw $3000 to buy a vehicle and was told they could do that. They wouldn't let me withdraw more than $500! When I had them give me a cashier's check to cash at Walmart, the check they gave me wouldn't scan at the Walmart, even though it was brand new. The format is messed up or something. Very unhelpful and won't ever come back. Drove over an hour banking on the fact that I could withdraw there. Total waste of a day.

Great staff, clean building, honest people

The manager at this branch is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met in a credit union/bank. Looking over credit history they will sit and criticize you over loans, people who have pulled your credit, debt to income etc. don’t come to this branch for a loan unless you want to be disrespected and walked on, not a satisfied customer at all
