Money tree, as cheesy as it sounds, flipped our day around. Chime is nifty but when you have paper checks it can be an absolute pain. Every other cash handling service was being extremely rude for the holidays and far from helpful. Erin went above and beyond to assist me. Dont even mind the fees (which are still really low ) because the customer service is so great.

I had a western union refund that I tried to pick up multiple times without success. Every time I tried, I was told there was a different issue. I was credited the refund in March and was not able to pick it up until July. Not until Erin from this location went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She went out of her way to call western union multiple times on my behalf and follow up with me. She was amazing! Great service, compassion and commitment! Definitely an employee to appreciate and emulate! Thank you Erin! .

These ladies are amazing. You walk in, they are always super friendly, eager to help, fast, and efficient. If ever you need to cash the check or need help with money for a quick loan these are the girls to go see.

I go in here all the time and usually have a good experience. My husband does as well. But the other day the one lady was rude when I asked to push the payday loan to my next payday instead of the one coming up because it's so close. She came off very snotty. I don't think I'll be using this location anymore. Every other location I go to they have been nice and offered to have the loan pushed out tell my next payday... so I know they do it. And At this location they did it for my husband just the day before. I just assumed the lady didn't like me.

Unhelpful lady couldn't tell me how much to write the check for. I tell her the amount I need the money order for as I'm pulling out my check book. She says it'll be a $1 fee, then as I'm writing the check she says, "oh a check will be 5.99% on top of that", so I start figuring out the amount of the new check I've got to write and she says, "it'll be $5 something more on top of that". Lady, just tell me how much it is. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll somewhere that they know how to add and tell me the total.

I wanted to write a review about my last experience with money tree. I had been in a car accident and couldnt cash my settlement check anywhere. I went to money tree anf the store manager was extremely nice and helpful and made sure I was able to leave the store witb my check cashed! Shes a life saver!

I don't go to bank soyuz money tree! Most people who help you at any of these locations if they helped you more than three times then they usually remember your name! That makes people happy! :-)

Always friendly staff and unlike banks are straight up honest with the fees

Great people there fast friendly and they all know my name i feel special i like them all ive been going there for years thats the only branch i go to is fv and liberty

So every time I go to this branch, I get excellent customer service and what's even as good , I'm in and out of the branch in 3 min. Once I get to the window!! 😊
