      The girls here are so wonderful! Such good customer service for my boyfriend and I on 6/15/22 around 8pm. We had a torn check and we’re so stressed that we wouldn’t be able to cash it.. she helped us tape it right up! I didn’t catch her name but she was so nice.

      Was very impressed and grateful for the assistance gave me today, especially Elizabeth . I am not from the area and had an out of country pay check. I realized I left my ID at the precious establishment that wouldn’t help me. I asked her to confirm if I would be able to be helped before leaving and coming back with it. She ended up helping me complete my transaction at that moment and helped relieve the stress of the process as I was already stressed out with failure of assistance from previous establishments. If there wasn’t a glass separating us, I would have hugged Elizabeth because I was so grateful for everything she did for me.

      I had the most ridiculous experience with this Money Tree on Flamingo. When I first arrived, the teller was giving a casino employee the most difficult time to cash his check. It was obvious that he just left work but she did not cash it because his manager did not answer the phone. He was foreign, I believe French and that seemed to be the real reason. Next there was a Black man that was there to pay his loan off and the teller told him her system was down and he would have to come back in 20 minutes and there's nothing she can. Next a White woman came to the counter to cash her check with no issue. They laughed and joke and the operation was smooth. When I got to the counter, I attempted to cash my check and I was told the system was down. I asked, "how did she just cash her check?" Her and response was "because I know her, she comes here enough.". From that point, I knew there will be an issue. I was directed to wait until the system was back up and did. I was there to cash a third party check that was endorsed to me. I also had a notarized power of attorney letter in case I needed to show proof of my legitimacy. They lady did not understand what a notary was and told me my document was invalid. She made copies and said a manager will call me in the morning to move forward. That did not happen so I called. They continued with the same scripted line that I was given earlier on my initial visit claiming my documents to be invalid and wanting multiple verifications. I maintained my composure but I am completely upset with all the back and forth and running around for no reason. Absolute waste of time. I will never go there again and I will highly recommend that no one else does.

      It was a long process late at night & staff was still very friendly and helpful the entire time. Francisco was my direct teller and he was amazing, he literally pulled every string he could pull within his job limits to find a solution to my problem. Great customer service, Thanks francisco, & thanks ladies you all are so sweet & funny.

      I love this place . They open 24 hours so you can came anytime. I always come here to send money by western union . Sometime I go another money tree but they close at 10 pm. So if you work late better to come here more convenience. I RECOMMEND TO EVERY ONE.

      Normally it's a better experience today with the teller Alyssa things started good turned bad once i didn't agreew with how using their community computer.. Nothing personal but she can't guarantee me that they clean their search history for me to log my personal information in their computer for my files...NO NOT so now there was a Spanish gentleman with his friend moves next to my business so of course it's freedom of speech i informed her i don't know him while he being nosey trying to see my information... So after all of this her and the other tellers speak in Spanish and of course my application was denied and i ask you why ??? So I've had a few bad experiences with this location the one on Sahara much better staff and over all atmosphere when arriving the flamingo location they barely say hello when you walk in like all the other locations... Now moneytree as a whole great just not all employees go through a customer appreciation class or just check to make sure all locations are not being bias to BLACK HUMAN BEINGS !!!

      Fransico is the bomb. I had lost my government ID. He worked with me so I could cash my check without it. He verified me as a past customer through the system. Thanks babe. Saved my day
