Terrible company that has no care for Thier customers! Had a payday loan with them and I want on a payment program for $75 four times until the $300 was paid off. I went out of town Thursday before I got paid and come Saturday when I attempt to phone in the payment "we don't have the service to accept debit" what kind of company doesn't accept payments via debit? Later I get a call and am told that because I wasn't able to make it on Friday to pay I was charged the full $300. They completely ruined my finances and overdraw my bank account. I do not have any money now and am completely broke. I was told I should have came to pay on time and that I supposedly had been told that I had to come in to make the payment. I was not told. They are misleading and untrustworthy in this store. If I get paid on Friday and went out of town on Thursday, even if I wanted to make the payment before hand I did not have any money to make the payment. DO NOT USE MONEY MART AS YOUR LENDER!! They do NOT care about the customer! Worst experience ever. I wish I could rate negative stars because I would.
