      I had a fraud on my debit card in the middle of the night as soon as it hit my card mid Florida put a hold on it and contacted me they got the fraud stopped Jems help me get a new card and I was back in business with in 20 min thanks for your help I highly recommend thus bank the people are great and easy to work with

      Always welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door the only issue that I have is I belong to another credit union that I've been with since 1987 and this is a sub-branch and they will not let me use the drive-thru without having an account with them. I've been with my Gold Coast for so many years and I never have an issue with Gold Coast and don't pay for my checks or anything else so I'm not about to switch

      My card was recently charged with two unauthorized transactions that the bank thankfully paid back. I had confirmed the transaction was me on accident to the automatic texting service and then tried to unconfirm it, but the initial response was what mattered. I called about the first transaction when I saw it and they said my card hadn't been locked but that were locking it then. Another transaction went through afterwards on Saturday night but they paid that right back on Monday morning since it was definitely supposed to be locked. They paid back te first initial charge as well so I'm very greatful! I just wish they had a 24/7 customer service (the one for reporting fraud only works for credit cards).

      I am a snowbird from ny and belong to a credit union. I can go to any credit unions atm without a charge but not here. I think $4 is a little steep. I refused to pay it. I'll go to Walmart and just get cash back on a purchase

      I was out of town for work and at the same time trying to apply for a loan for a car. Jems was amazing and helped me every step of the way including helping with the DMV. He continued to help we weeks after i had left town and went beyond to make sure i had everything i needed. Amazing staff i wish this was my branch.

      Are opened more than regular banks good for work schedules. There are no monthly fees. Have a friendly and helpful staff. And best of all popcorn Fridays.

      If I could have left a zero review, I would have. After paying off an unsecured loan last Nov. for the purchase of our park model home, for $3500, with no missed or late payments and three years of dedicated service with MidFlorida, I was today turned down for lack of collateral on a note for a much needed minivan. Read the reviews. MidFlorida SUCKS!!!
