      this bank is a joke since I purchased my vehicle nothing but problems I set up auto payments for 3 times already and same problem they calling me and telling my account is not set for automatic payment since they are the one walk me true the steps and confirm.REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE LADY THAT CALL ME DONT WANT HEAR WHAT IM TRYING TO

      They are spam calling me. then hanging up after it rings twice. Everything is paid. Called them to ask why. "We dont see it happening on our end".

      This is the worst lender on so many levels I've ask for date change on my payments and every time they say its good an then come to find out they nvr put it in there system only to charge me several late fees when i assuming its been changed then when i call for help they get very condescending about it and blame it on post office or some other excuse but still demand late fees do not get a loan from this place!!!!

      So far CRB has been great. I dont know why all the bad reviews but they have great customer service and they took care of me when I needed it very much appreciated.
