Sylvia Cada was absolutely amazing! I had potential fraud on an existing account and she helped to put me at ease. Even though it was almost closing time she didn't hesitate to help me get a new savings and checking account set up.. She stayed after closing time to ensure everything was all setup and ready to go. My experience was superb and I highly recommend this location! Ask for Sylvia you won't be disappointed A++++

This branch is a joke, they don't value the customers and the time you have to spend waiting for them. I went there for the same thing twice this month, early in the morning with no one else is there to be exact. The front desk girl is useless, I waited 10 plus minutes before I was ask by a teller that had nothing to do I assume, took my información gave the information to the front desk girl and told me to sit and wait, it was like being in a doctors appointment, meanwhile customers are coming in but I'm still waiting, 35 minutes later I told the girl to cancel everything, at that moment a manager or someone in the office ask me what was the problem I gave her an answer and she told me that the customers are taking care in the order they come in. Really!!! I told her that I was in the bank for 45 minutes from the time I came in to the time I left, and that girl didn't even bother to lok at the information. She said she was sorry but that was the way they do things and customers had to wait until someone was available, but the place is empty, I replied. What a waist of time, they just lost a customer and all the other I'll be able to persuade from doing business with them. Very unprofessional

I requested to refi in June of 2021, now April of 2022 still waiting for a response.... Which obviously I no longer need. But I guess that's how you treat your current members. I'm now refinancing my current McCoy loan elsewhere

Went to see Brenda again for my business banking needs. She was on training mode and it is great she is the one to train since she is awesome! She was quick and it was great to catch up with her :) Brenda is awesome! She was quick and detailed in helping me open my business account. Though I was on a call and eating my lunch, she patiently waited on me and had me fill out questionnaire so we didn’t waste time and I can handle my other stuff at the same time lol. The process was simple and when I didn’t understand a question she broke it down to simplest terms. I was a McCoy member many moons ago but when USAA didn’t offer a business account I was happy to return to McCoy for my business banking.

Just opened a new account at McCoy Hunters Creek branch and was very happy with the service and professionalism of all the staff , especially Brenda who opened my account. All of their services were explained in detail and looking forward to banking here, came here because of reviews I read and was not disappointed.

Beyond happy with Ms. Brenda Mendoza at Osceola blvd. I ve never felt so comfortable in a bank. She was very nice, professional, friendly, great customer service, outstanding services, I mean i can go on and on but Federal Credit Union has a 5 star 🌟 just because of her. She's not just very helpful but she explained everything so clear detailed by detailed. So happy to have met her. Great person.

The Staff at McCoy Federal Credit Union are knowledgeable and professional; they also go above and beyond the call of duty for their Clients. I applied for a loan and within one day received a decision; the Staff not only approved the loan but gave me a better product than what I originally applied for over the phone. When I arrived at the Branch I was greeted with courtesy and treated with kindness (the true definition of Service with a Smile) - Ms. Brenda Mendoza worked diligently to ensure that my needs were met timely and correctly; even though that meant she was still at work well after closing. I apologized for keeping her at work and she assured me that as long as my needs were meant and I am a satisfied Customer she is perfectly content.
