Griselda Blanco1Very lousy customer service. It’s so frustrating when people don’t answer their phones! You have to use their main switchboard and press “1” for this and “2” for that so you can hopefully talk to someone, because their direct lines seem to be broken, I’m not sure ? I’m trying to run a business, but they seem to not care about my issues, all they care is $$$$ ripping people off and ignoring them ! I can’t wait to to pay off this loan and never have to deal with these people ! I’d rather deal with a room full of crying babies

D Singh1stay away from this company. They ignore your calls and never give you information. We call and call and no answer and when they answer they are rude! they tell you they cannot help with payment if your late. I asked for 1 week to make payment and they get mad at me. They do not know customer service or how to be nice. No more business with this company!
