If you need cash fast this is definitely the place to go! My bills were piling up and the stress was getting unmanageable. Yesterday I felt depressed and hopeless. I reached out and Avi was there to help. I was reluctant at first, but he was so kind, understanding and non judgemental, I decided to complete the loan application. He made it so fast and simple, just as he promised. And stayed with me through the whole process. Oscar, another amazing human being, jumped on board and worked just as diligently to approve my loan. Avi is the best agent I've ever dealt with yall need to get this man a raise. He went above and beyond in every way he could for me. I will not go into details here but he is genuinely caring person that has looked out for me in ways that no other agent for any other company has. I just can't say it enough he was the best. oh and on top of the all the extras that he does for his customers. He even stayed after hours to assist me in finishing my loan. I mean he literally stayed on the phone with me the whole time making sure he helped with every issue that fedex caused. I mean he could of at any point been like look its past closing and it's not my fault fedex lied to you and sent you 45 minutes out of the way to make a shipment. to a place that didn't do anything fedex related except drop packages in the box. but no this man stayed on the phone with me and walked me through every possible solution. that I could find. He knew I needed the money for a serious crunch I was jn. well bygod he made sure he done everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. Avi specifically very disrespectful and very scammy with his work, he repeated to me multiple times that it was a soft credit check, come to find out it put a ding on my credit score all because he lied to me and ran a hard credit check when he said it was “soft” don’t use this company unless you want to be scammed for your personal information and want them to intentionally hurt your credit score!!! And Jaune Claude(JC) as well is his understudy don’t let these two fool you!!!!

My first experience with TMG was speaking withJohn-Claude, everything was rock-solid until it came time to process my paperwork. Each day there was another excuse for why they could not process my loan application until finally I called directly to the lender and they told me everything I needed to process the loan. Even after adding the loan company as a lien holder to my registration I will still denied the loan because of my bank statements. Even though my car is paid off in valued at $11,000 I was only seeking a loan for 5,000. After I was an denied the loan I called John-Claude but I could not even get a reply to my phone call, he justsent me a text message telling me how he was on the phone with another client. If you don't need a loan don't go to these people!!

I was in a pinch and found this place when I was driving down the street. Wasn't sure what to expect so I walked in and was greeted by Matt. Customer service was good and he explained about how an auto title loan works. Once I understood all the ins and outs as Matt was explaining it I realized this was going to get me out of the bind I was in. I got my money the same day. Everyone there was nice and it was a comfortable experience.
