Each person I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable about their loans available. They are very concerned about my safety and Covid and were able to do everything over the phone. Kudos to the Joliet Illinois office!

Carrie Ann Labuda28 phone calls later. Does not return calls as promised. Took OVER 24 hrs to get a somewhat of a response. Had to call the Essington road office 8 times in a 24hr period. Tina promised 2 times in 1 hour period to return our call, never happened. Had we considered to take this loan it would have taken a total of 5 days to complete. Unacceptable. Do not advertise that you are a quick loan place. This is absolutely a scam to get you in. Avoid like the plaque if you're in a hurry.

James Peterson1How very Unpatriotic Mariner. I needed this to help my Army boyfriend who just came home then went to Germany for a funeral, and got into an accident on way back. He isn't being allowed to leave until I get the money that Mariner rejected.

Paul Fregeau5the ladies at the Joliet IL store are the best they got me approved in one day. everything went real smooth not being very computer savvy I went and did the electronic contract, was in and out quickly. when I need more funds I would go to Mariner.
