Jeremy Ledford1So I qualified for a loan online and Anna, from the local office called me to gather information. She said she would call me back. Well, it's been a week and a half and I still haven't heard from her, I've called only to get a voicemail and of I leave messages and no one will respond to me..... Very unprofessional and very unresponsive......
