James Spargo1They mail you an pre-approval letter, when you fill the form out online it tells you they can help but need a bit more information gives you an option to have a call back and you pick date and time but that nevers happens then when you call the office you get told it was denied but on website it tells you it is still processing these people sure don't know what they doing the only thing they did do it putting hard enquiries on the credit report i would give zero stars if i could
